Why has Hive fallen?

I see Hive has fallen to 61¢ US. Hive dollar is down too. Unfortunately these assets are very correlated. What happened? What are we doing wrong. BTC has also gone down in price. It's a good time to buy with fiat. Think of it this way: Your fiat USD has gone up to 17.30µBTC! That is 0.000,017,3 BTC! We could be going into a dreaded "bear" market but I would doubt it. It could also be a "bear trap" where a price dip allows a whale to enrich himself while the minnows sell. I shall wait and see how low BTC gets.

There is an issue with the FATF and more and more new users are not custodians of their own coins.

Its an endless cycle, the whales build while its low while others who haven't enough to influence the chain begins to sell. But then I believe the dip in price is everywhere its happening to steem too, although mildly

Most probably ath is over. But everything is possible because other cryptos like Neo are reaching new areas. This may be the dip of an even higher ath with hive . Let’s see next four days

Well im scared, the bull to the alt coin shouldn't be over just yet it feels rather terrible, but its crypto

i agree with you

Never try to read a market that not based in real economics.

The rules that people try to apply, don't apply.

I realized that the price of Korean currencies is totally different from the rest, I think that only a resident of Korea can buy and sell with krw... I think there is a bot to balance the price on exchanges but the coinmarketcap is excluding the average price of Korean pairs...

Yes. Long after I noticed this, I found out the term applied to it is called the "kimchi premium". It has nothing to do with kimchi perse, but kimchi has everything to do with Korea and vice versa.

The increase in the price of HIVE over the month before was huge! I think it will come down another 10 or 20 cents until it finds support. We would still be in bull territory even at 40 cents so that will likely be tested imo. The large increase in volume along with the price increase looks very promising to me. I believe the upward trend will continue for the rest of the year at least, but that doesn't mean we won't have some nice dips (opportunities).

@proofofbrainio well i personally think that what is happening to the hive market is just a retracement and i expect the price of the hive to rise back up and it will touch $1 before end of this month,i might be wrong but that is my prediction based on my analysis...

Not sure what will happen this month, but I think HIVE will go well over $1 for it's ATH this year. Maybe around $10, but who knows

Posted via proofofbrain.io

well i would be excited to see that happen...

Thx for the article and TY for the link.
Upvoted with the mention that I like that you keep an eye on my articles. I appreciate your posts and your presence in Hive also.

I think there's still a long way to go before we can form higher lows, but I can see it happening in the end, as the HIVE community is too strong to fail, and HIVE itself is a true gem.
