Why you should not joke with your thoughts

Thoughts create your reality. Nothing else you experience in life has its origin from your individual thoughts and feelings. Put simply, everything you experience in your everyday life is a direct result of what you have thought and believe about the world.

Do you ever wonder how you would react if someone said they were just 'playing games' with your own thoughts? Would you believe it? Of course you would. The thought of 'games' is a concept that no one can actually understand because they themselves cannot conceive them. You are not the center of the universe; all thoughts and feelings are a part of the universe, but some people believe otherwise.


This is exactly what is happening when you have 'no control over your mind', when your thoughts are a direct result of what you see, feel or think about. You cannot change your thoughts, you cannot make them change. They will always be the same.

Thoughts are a reflection of what we believe and fear. If you know any person who has ever suffered from phobias, you would know why. It is because their phobias are rooted in their thoughts. A child who thinks he will burn up on the playground is afraid of fire because he has heard of it. He cannot imagine ever facing it in real life so he develops the phobia.

Just as the child's imagination is not an accurate representation of the world, your own thoughts are also a part of the world and are subject to change. Just because you hear something does not mean it is true; only you can know for sure.

It is impossible to change your thoughts so when they conflict with what you experience in the real world, you must choose what you believe and what you allow into your own mind. To choose what you believe, means that you are in charge of what you experience in this life. When you are in control, you can make the changes that are required for your life to become your own reality. If you choose a path of despair, then you cannot make any change.

Right now you are in control of the choices that are impacting your life. Everything you think is a reflection of what you believe. and believe that you have control over. everything.

Your thoughts, feelings and your actions are the driving force in how you experience the present. You must learn how to let go of the past, learn to let go of the future, learn to let go of the things of the past, learn to let go of the past and learn how to live for now. Learn to let go of what you want to forget, learn to let go of what you think you should have and learn to let go of what you desire.

Thoughts create your reality and the way your life feels. Your thoughts have nothing to do with your feelings and your experiences. The reality that is created is your imagination.

Thoughts create your reality by making you feel something. For instance, when you are happy, you feel good. However, you might feel bad if you are sad.

Negative thoughts create more pain than happiness. When you do not learn to let go of your negative thoughts, you might believe that you will never be happy. In fact, you might not feel anything. at all!

It is impossible to let go of negative thoughts because you have the choice. or your mind has the power.

If you believe that you have control over your mind and the thoughts that it creates, then you can choose what you think. What you think is your reality. What you do is your reality. You choose which thoughts are true and what thoughts are false.

A positive thought is one that makes you feel good about who you are. A negative thought is one that makes you feel bad about who you are. A positive thought is one that makes you feel powerful about what you have. A negative thought is one that makes you feel helpless about what you have.

Your thoughts create your reality by affecting your emotions, your thinking, your actions and your physical being. Your thoughts create your life.
