Today I will share with you some verses where they teach us the importance of courage, obedience, fidelity and constant dedication to the word of God as foundations for success and prosperity in the life of a believer.
Be strong and very brave. Be careful to obey all the instructions that Moses gave you. Do not deviate from them either to the right or to the left. Then you will do well in everything you do.
Constantly study this book of instruction. Meditate on it day and night to make sure you obey everything written there. Only then will you prosper and do well in everything you do.
Joshua 1:7-8
Joshua 1:7-8 is a powerful and direct call from God to Joshua, who has just assumed leadership of the people of Israel after the death of Moses. God is giving you clear instructions on how you should carry out your leadership and how you can be successful in this task.
Let's look one by one at each instruction given by God to Joshua.
"Be strong and very brave":
Here, God is urging Joshua to have courage and bravery in his leadership. The task ahead will not be easy, and you will face challenges and adversity. However, God is reminding you that you are not alone and that you must trust in Him for the strength to face any obstacle.
"Be careful to obey all the instructions that Moses gave you":
God is reminding Joshua of the importance of obedience to the teachings and commandments that Moses, God's servant, gave to the people of Israel. This includes the law given by God on Mount Sinai and the specific instructions given by Moses during his leadership. Obedience to these instructions is critical to Joshua's success and prosperity as a leader.
"Do not deviate from them either to the right or to the left":
God is emphasizing the importance of faithfulness and righteousness in Joshua's life. He must not deviate even one iota from the teachings of God, nor allow any distraction or temptation to deter him from the path of obedience and righteousness.
"Constantly study this book of instruction":
Here, God is instructing Joshua to devote himself diligently to study and reflection on God's law. This "book of instruction" refers to the writings and teachings of Moses, which form the foundation of the faith and religious practice of the people of Israel. God wants Joshua to meditate on these teachings day and night, which implies a constant and continuous dedication to the word of God.
"Meditate on it day and night to make sure you obey everything that is written there":
Meditation on God's word involves more than simply reading it; It involves reflecting deeply on its meaning and applying it to daily life. God wants Joshua to not only know the law, but also to faithfully obey it in all areas of his life.
"Only then will you prosper and do well in everything you do":
This is God's promise to Joshua. If he is faithful to obey God's law and meditate on it constantly, God ensures that he will prosper and be successful in all his endeavors. This promise is conditional on Joshua's obedience and faithfulness to God's will.
God is calling Joshua, and by extension all of us, to live a life of faith and obedience that leads to blessing and prosperity in our lives.

Sé fuerte y muy valiente. Ten cuidado de obedecer todas las instrucciones que Moisés te dio. No te desvíes de ellas ni a la derecha ni a la izquierda. Entonces te irá bien en todo lo que hagas.
Estudia constantemente este libro de instrucción. Medita en él de día y de noche para asegurarte de obedecer todo lo que allí está escrito. Sólo entonces prosperarás y te irá bien en todo lo que hagas.
Josué 1:7-8
Josué 1:7-8 es un llamado poderoso y directo de Dios a Josué, quien acaba de asumir el liderazgo del pueblo de Israel después de la muerte de Moisés. Dios le está dando instrucciones claras sobre cómo debe llevar a cabo su liderazgo y cómo puede tener éxito en esta tarea.
Veamos una por una cada instrucción dada por Dios a Josué.
"Sé fuerte y muy valiente":
Aquí, Dios está instando a Josué a tener coraje y valentía en su liderazgo. La tarea que tiene por delante no será fácil, y enfrentará desafíos y adversidades. Sin embargo, Dios le está recordando que no está solo y que debe confiar en Él para obtener la fuerza necesaria para enfrentar cualquier obstáculo.
"Ten cuidado de obedecer todas las instrucciones que Moisés te dio":
Dios está recordando a Josué la importancia de la obediencia a las enseñanzas y mandamientos que Moisés, el siervo de Dios, le dio al pueblo de Israel. Esto incluye la ley dada por Dios en el monte Sinaí y las instrucciones específicas dadas por Moisés durante su liderazgo. La obediencia a estas instrucciones es fundamental para el éxito y la prosperidad de Josué como líder.

"Sólo entonces prosperarás y te irá bien en todo lo que hagas":
Esta es la promesa de Dios para Josué. Si él es fiel en obedecer la ley de Dios y meditar en ella constantemente, Dios asegura que prosperará y tendrá éxito en todas sus empresas. Esta promesa está condicionada a la obediencia y la fidelidad de Josué a la voluntad de Dios.
Dios está llamando a Josué, y por extensión a todos nosotros, a vivir una vida de fe y obediencia que conduzca a la bendición y la prosperidad en nuestras vida.
