In what ways do you mean the community is not performing? If it's on terms of engagement I feel a lot of people are bored, doing the same routine over and over again can get boring at times, so I feel there needs to be a little spark, either a new initiative can be introduced monthly, or every 2weeks to spice things up a little and I feel it's just a matter of time, when the prices go up they'll be a lot more people looking for chances to engage, so there's no need to fret, good days are coming
I would prefer you point out the areas underperformed so that we can contribute to the way out
