How Amazon Shopping Harasses And Fools Customer. - Own Experince

This is one of the strange experince that I encounter recently with Amazon.in. A major online shopping platform around the world. I do have some good experinces earlier too But this one is unique of its own. The thing is the #Amazon website change the return policy without customer information and that too after delivering the product. Also I doubt the quality of thr products as it appears that the shopping major platform selling duplicated product.

This happened last month, when I ordered a pair of PUMA running shoes during a sale in August. #Puma is a well known sports brand. I did tried their shoes many a times. Earlier I made purchase direct from store. This time, I saw a good deal at #Amazon, so ordered it quickly.

It took #Amazon 10 days to deliver this product. As I was away from home so unable to tried my shoes on time, however I checked that the return date is upto 16-Sept. Which is approx 30 days from delivery date. I was very satisfied as it gives me ample time to try my sizes and comfort of the shoes.

Not sure what triggered me , I took the screen shot of the #Amazon screen that showing me returning date of 16-Sep.

Now as I am back and tried shoes todsy, it appears to me a wrong product. It was not a original #Puma that I am used to. The product is very stiff from inside and also already bruised my legs after 1 hour of usage. #Puma brand is known for the comfort of the feet, but this one is just opposite.

Having faced the issue, I thought to return the product and knocked at #amazon website. To my surprises, the return policy doesn't remain same on #Amazon and return window closed on 27-Aug without customer notices.

This is great shock to me, as what appears earlier to be 30 days, has now already closed within 10 days. As a customer when I bought the product, it was showing me 30 days time frame, and givs me good comfort level, but #Amazon opted to closed the return date without updating the customer.

This is cheating of another level, where #Amazon fooled the customer by misrepresenting and misleading facts. Whosoever is buying product always look out for all the terms and condition. And then make their choices. After giving comfort and then showing their back is not what to expect from brand like #Amazon.

Anyway, misleading information made me to reach to #Amazon customer care. Who further asking me to reach to #puma customer care. Now I was wondering whose fault is this amazon or puma or customer?.

Amazon being a third party and a middle man who is offering product to general public, aren't they are liable to sort the issue. Afterall it's them who quoted the return date and altered it later. Now they wants customer to reach out to the manufacturer to get the issue sorted. This is complete disgusting and a unique way to make public fool.

amazon not expected this kind of services.

That's pretty sneaky to be fair, I haven't had this exact experience, but have had something similar.
