Even I think so. If you have to quit something, you must do it at once. Quitting slowly is like procrastination which might not help as much we want it to. If we try to quit slowly, that means we are still using that thing or habit as a support. But if we quit at once, it might hurt for a day or two but then it's just gone and you are free.

Yes you get me right, we can predict what will happen in the next minute, but is quit and for get about it.

Is not that to quit something (habit) like that once because when the person started that habit slowly ,gradually before he has addicted to that so when he or she want to quit the habit he or needed to quit it slowly because being addicted to something is not easy to quit ones
