Yesterday @interpretation published a community report which states that there is direct impact of #pobtalk on the engagement of the community and as the engagement here has dropped the overall engagement has gone down.
Yes it is true I saw it too, and have been calling our attention to this that the number of the participants are reduce beat by beat.
Happen to have stumbled on that post too. Our decline performance in recent days resulted in low engagement level overall on the proofofbrain community. It shows our impact here is worth something. Hope to see us getting back to we once were and possibly surpass it

I like your post above. I'm sharing about Navratra which is a culture we observe. It's a 9 day long festival which people celebrate by fasting for Goddess Durga. This year, it starts on 7th October. It kind of marks the beginning of festive season. Navratra are followed by Dusherra and Diwali.
It's a huge festival in the hindu community and is celebrated with a lot of pomp and show. You can see lights and decorations and celebrations all around.
I have heard about this festival. There are a lot of festivals in India but Navratra is a really big one.

To me i just laughed because the feeling is mutual. I will say it all depends on the individual's makeup (resolves) people who have been devastated with breakups tend to be stronger next time irrespective of the gender. Thats just my thought

Haha, it's funny, how can someone generalize this.
Breakups are bad but there is no study that defines how bad it is for any particular gender. It is all about how emotionally you were involved with your partner. More is the emotional connect, more it hurts.
Guys cheat, so do girls. Guys go serious in relationships and so do girls. Guys like casual relationships and so do girls. So it's not about any gender, it's about how deeply you connect and involve.
It is also about expressing. Some people are badly affected but know how to contain their emotions and balance their future life. So they go ahead with their normal routine and try to move on but that doesn't mean that they aren't hurt. While there are others who have an emotional outburst and are very open and loud about it, feel like sharing it with their friends to feel better.
Very subjective matter I would say.

I was going to say this. It very much depends on the individuals concerned as to who grieves most. The person who instigates the break-up grieves least, but that can be the man or the woman.
Well to me both the male and female don't feel impact of breakup, because the person you are being courting for a long period of time.
Than you break up with him or her, you will feel the regrets of breakup and breaking up is not a good thing because it make some people to run mad.
And do killed themselves, it make some people imbalance, so we must not joke with such.
I agree with you, but breakup is inevitable in some cases, no one wish for it to happen except they are in pain. But definitely its something that causes breakups either from the partners. Maybe finding a fault that you can't leave with of cheating or even more. The thing is no one have control of tomorrow or even the nest minutes.

Well to answer this question, I think it depends on emotional level of the partner or how much committed one of them is has compared to the other. We all don't like putting efforts and it ending badly, that is why one partner grieve when the relationship ceases. No at a matter of gender on this one.
It varies from one relationship to the other. Sometimes it impacts the guy more, sometimes it's the lady. I think generally the one who feels the impact most is the one who truly lost something and at other time one party is better at enduring heart breaks than the other. So these things can't really be generalized.

To find these go to the token in hive engine and click the "i" icon for info and usually it has some short description and a link to that website or the main account which often has posts explaining the token.
I used to stake LEO but recently it has become hard to earn LEO through curation.
For now, I hold only POB . working on getting some Leo token to hold as well .

What do you think is the best way to get rid of a bad habit? Do you believe in slowly reducing it and then quitting or quit it once and for all?
Well it depends on how addicted the person how gone into the habit. I believe the best way is to slow down on the habit by gradually reducing it. Setting out to stop the habit once and all also works for some other. At the end of the day, it all depends on how bad the person wants to quit the bad habit.

I think to quit a bad habit depends on each individuals, and what works for them.
Some people will do better by quitting at once while others will need to quit gradually.
It also has to do with the kind of the bad habit, like for a chronic smoker might need to quit gradually in other to be able to deal with the withdrawal effect of smoking.
Yes, to an extent it depends on the habit you have developed. Some habits like smoking and drinking are very hard to quit. And that's why these require extreme measures like forceful quitting not only from the think but detachment from the brain as well.
To me, if someone wants to quit bad habits he or she should quit one and for all because if the person is try to reduce it slowly it possible he or she will find herself back in that bad habits and even more deep than before.
And quitting is can still make him to see some reasonable point or thing that can still drop him back, so to quit and never back to it.
Though it is hard to quit once and for all but is take self-discipline, so that such person can be free once.
Because it is just like when you said you do not want to engage in harm rubber and you decided to quit slowly, you know one day you might see something that will attract you back to it .
because when you go for an operation that you see a big money and you will see that no you don't need to quit from this, because this is really good, so that is how it is if someone wants to quit from his bad habits need to do it once.
Even I think so. If you have to quit something, you must do it at once. Quitting slowly is like procrastination which might not help as much we want it to. If we try to quit slowly, that means we are still using that thing or habit as a support. But if we quit at once, it might hurt for a day or two but then it's just gone and you are free.

To me, going cold turkey seems to work the best, but I think that's probably not the same for everyone
Personally I think if the habit is toxic then one way to get rid of it is to replace it with a more healthy habit. When we slowly concentrate all that energy on something that's more healthy then it's easy to.let go of the toxic one.
It takes about three weeks to change a habit - so if you can stick it out that long, then you should be able to make the change. But the first three weeks are toughest.
