I am rather introverted, too, like you! We are quite alike in that regard and I can't tolerate too much noise and chaos, or else I have to retreat from it. Some silence every day is necessary! 💜

Agreed. Retreating is a tactful way to withdraw from amidst friends or family so they don't feel offended.
