Well, I feel like I'm a little bit out of depth on certain issues you've addressed and I believe this is something of the "bigger whales", the big holders that don't quite show up around here...
But somehow I understand the problem and I hope I can always help to find the best solutions for the community,
I can't say that I'm completely part of a team here (are we have teams?), but I feel part of the community, and I definitely have it as my "home" here at Hive.
Well, what was I doing before the PoB? I joined Hive just before this brutal growth of the PoB. I came motivated by @hanhuk and hoped to try life on Leo, but finance is not my business (I can barely beat my accounts LOL), I ended up identifying a lot more with Ecency/PeakD and finally POB. Of course I have ambitions to make money here and to really grow, of course I do, and yes, I need this money to help with the bills, but I have (and have always had) a very sincere and firm sense of community, I have always taken into account the importance of careful production of good content (which is still a linguistic challenge in terms of translation) and also of curating community writings.
I spent a lot of time and determination during Steemit's time in the past and I haven't done even 5% of what I've been doing here. So it's impossible not to generate expectations and hopes with this project, and whatever you can do to keep it growing and improving, I'm with you! :)
