In the midst of this "lost" project feeling (and I'm sure I'm not the only one who thinks so, because the lack of governance is still - unfortunately - something easily seen here in this community), the idea and reality of engagement is true. This is one of the main reasons, which makes me want to continue writing and publishing my posts in this community, because as a writer, I like to realize that my posts arouse the real interest of many other users who comment and interact with me.
The POB project can still be considered as something "recent" (because it is just over three months old) and since its inception, the essence of it caught my attention because it is remarkable all the efforts that many of us apply to write quality posts. The financial reward is no longer as high as it was in the first few weeks, but whoever remains here, it's because somehow they still believe in everything the project represents (even if everything seems to be without commands, or without a "north" to be followed).
This makes me think that we are a self-sufficient community and I don't know how good and productive this is, because considering that due to the lack of activity of the project administrators, many people end up jumping out of the boat and abandoning the project. Anyway, I'm still very happy, in a genuine way (if I was completely dissatisfied, I wouldn't continue writing here almost daily) with the engagement in my posts, which are bigger than in other projects.
Whether things will continue to be that positive I have no way of knowing, but as someone who is, in fact, a great admirer of writing and the dissemination and sharing of ideas... I hope all my readers will continue to comment and promote engagement in my posts, because that's how bridges are created and here within this community (as well as in life, in general), having access to these bridges is what keeps us connected with new discoveries and new points of view .
En medio de este sentimiento de proyecto "perdido" (y estoy seguro de que no soy el único que lo piensa, porque la falta de gobernanza sigue siendo - lamentablemente - algo que se ve fácilmente aquí en esta comunidad), la idea y la realidad de compromiso es verdadero. Esta es una de las principales razones, que me hace querer seguir escribiendo y publicando mis publicaciones en esta comunidad, porque como escritora, me gusta darme cuenta de que mis publicaciones despiertan el interés real de muchos otros usuarios que comentan e interactúan conmigo.
El proyecto POB todavía se puede considerar como algo "reciente" (porque tiene poco más de tres meses) y desde sus inicios, la esencia del mismo me llamó la atención porque es destacable todo el esfuerzo que muchos de nosotros aplicamos para escribir posts de calidad. La recompensa económica ya no es tan alta como en las primeras semanas, pero quien se quede aquí es porque de alguna manera todavía creen en todo lo que representa el proyecto (aunque todo parezca estar sin comandos, o sin un "norte" que ser seguido).
Esto me hace pensar que somos una comunidad autosuficiente y no sé qué tan bueno y productivo es esto, porque considerando que por la falta de actividad de los administradores del proyecto, muchas personas terminan saltando del bote y abandonando. el proyecto. De todos modos, sigo muy contento, de una manera genuina (si estuviera completamente insatisfecho, no seguiría escribiendo aquí casi a diario) con el engagement en mis posts, que son más grandes que en otros proyectos.
No tengo forma de saber si las cosas seguirán siendo tan positivas, pero como alguien que es, de hecho, un gran admirador de la escritura y la difusión y el intercambio de ideas... espero que todos mis lectores sigan comentando y promocionando Compromiso en mis publicaciones, porque así se crean los puentes y aquí dentro de esta comunidad (así como en la vida, en general), tener acceso a estos puentes es lo que nos mantiene conectados con nuevos descubrimientos y nuevos puntos de vista.
No meio dessa sensação de projeto "perdido" (e eu tenho certeza que eu não vou o único que pensa assim, porque a falta de governança ainda é - infelizmente - algo facilmente visto aqui nessa comunidade), a ideia e a realidade de engajamento são verdadeiras. Esse é um dos principais motivos, que me faz querer continuar a escrever e publicar os meus posts nesta comunidade, porque enquanto escritor, eu gosto de perceber que os meus posts despertam o interesse real de muitos outros usuários que comentam e interagem comigo.

Isso me faz pensar que nós somos uma comunidade autossuficiente e eu não sei até onde isso é algo bom e produtivo, porque considerando que pela falta de atividade dos administradores do projeto, muitas pessoas acabam pulando fora do barco e abandonando o projeto. De qualquer forma, eu ainda estou muito feliz, de maneira genuína (até porque se eu estivesse completamente insatisfeito, eu não continuaria escrevendo aqui quase que diariamente), com o engajamento nos meus posts, que são maiores do que em outros projetos.
Se as coisas irão continuar sendo tão positivas assim eu não tenho como saber, mas enquanto alguém que é de fato, um grande admirador da escrita e da difusão e compartilhamento de ideias... Eu espero, que todos os meus leitores continuem comentando e promovendo engajamento nos meus posts, porque é assim que as pontes vão sendo criadas e aqui dentro dessa comunidade (assim como na vida, de maneira geral), ter o acesso a essas pontes é o que nos mantém conectados com novas descobertas e novos pontos de vistas.

Loved your point of view friend and I share the same vision. Its too early to pass any judgement for future of POB. We are a growing community, we have brains and quality content of course. The curation project of POB is amazing. The most fascinating thing here is content quality and appreciation of content. We can see new users gaining quick response and fame here. Both curators and authors have been very fair to the community so far. The engagement is the real fun and it's making the POB family stronger. 😊👍
A lot of people really strive to write better and to promote more engagement. It's great to see this happening across the entire Hive, but especially here.

Having only been around for a few weeks, I can only comment on the engagement aspect of this.
Who doesn't love it when he's being engaged?
It shows how relevant your presence is and also how impactful your efforts are. I must say, of a truth, having those conversations flow are the biggest values generated here.
I guess many people consider the money as the main prize, but the truth is that this is just a (great) side effect for all the efforts that are made here.
I don't have the 'lost project' feeling at all. There was a shake some weeks ago but it's all over and all the talks and proposals are going to yield fruits really soon. I'm waiting, I'm here for the long term.
Once we're through with implementing an agreeable governance formula there's no other problem, is there?
I'm also here for the long term, but having a better direction (by the creators / administrators) for the project would bring more confidence from other investors and users to it.
Theoretically not, but this change needs to happen first for me to be sure of it.
Engagement is truly important here on hive and this spirit of engagement should not leave is most especially those in this P.O.B community. To be sincere, I have seen that engagement here is dropping as most of the members are swapping to other communities.
We should all put things right and be the solid part of this great community.

Loved your point and I must also say the main reason why we are here is to learn and share opinions ,it is not just about the rewards that comes via doing all those things but the engagement or the interaction among individuals in the community,it is another way of motivating author's to be willing to write and share more of their opinions

The fact that I get little or no engagements eats me up most times but I I'm not thinking of quitting still.
Don't ever think about giving up. In the beginning it's always more complicated, but things will get better if you keep going in the right way.

I will say the community have face. a lot of trials this past week and all we need to do right now is stick together and make things function and go back the way it was.
We have to keep the spirit to create post to make the community lively and also create avenue for comment and interaction for people.
