Good morning, today I'm going to share with you a beautiful day I enjoyed this past Sunday.
Early in the morning, I grabbed the car and went fishing, something I thoroughly enjoy and, as I once said, grounding myself.
The river is always bountiful, much more so than the sea for my taste. Once I had the main ingredient for the meal, I started lighting the fire to cook the fish on something I really like: the plow disc.
For those who don't know, the plow disc is like a pot, but the bottom isn't flat but rather cone-shaped. This makes whatever you put on the disc cook with a unique, savory, and juicy flavor.
Well, as I said before, I lit the fire, and once I had all the ingredients, I started cooking everything.
Fish, bell pepper, onion, green onion, garlic, oil, salt, and other seasonings came together in a beautiful and juicy preparation that was finger-licking good.
Bread and a little wine completed this meal, which will remain engraved in one of my best memories.
Buen día, hoy les voy a compartir un hermoso día que disfrute este domingo pasado.
Bien temprano por la mañana agarre el auto y me fui a pescar, algo que disfruto muchísimo y como dije en una ocasión es mi cable a tierra .
El río siempre es generoso, mucho más que el mar para mi gusto. Obtenido el ingrediente principal para la comida empecé a prender el fuego para cocinar los peces en algo que me gusta mucho, el disco de arado.
Para los que no saben el disco de arado es como una olla pero la parte de abajo no es plana sino que es en forma de cono, esto hace que lo que pongas en el disco se cocine con un sabor único, sabroso y jugoso.
Bueno, como dije antes prendí el fuego y una vez obtenido todos los ingredientes a cocinar todo.
Pescado, morrón, cebolla, verdeo, ajo, aceite, sal y otros condimentos se funcionaron en una hermosa y jugosa preparación qué estaba para chuparse los dedos.
Pan y un poco de vino completaron esta comida que quedará grabada en uno de mis mejores recuerdos.
