in Health and Fitness18 days ago (edited)

Asslamoalekum and hello to my #hive family. Welcome to another blog. I hope you are all doing well. I am also doing pretty well. In this post I am going to unfold few secrets of why we cannot continue exercise and workout? Why we quit after hitting jym for few days or few months? Why we cannot live healthy lifestyle while we know the importance of being healthy?
These are few questions that needs to be answered and I will try to give you answers of these questions in my today's blog.
We all know the importance of our health, we all know that going to jym and doing regular exercise keep us fit. But we still cannot be consistent in it....Why? What's the reason?
I think exercise, workout and jym etc becomes our fatigue. Because we don't like to go to jym and doing exercise and training becomes hectic for us. We cannot keep our self motivated all the time for exercise and jym training. If we don't like to do a task , how can we continue it?
On the other hand if we choose to play a game like squash, badminton or football etc then how can we feel it fatigue? A game cannot become fatigue for anyone. These games will keep us fit and we also enjoy playing these games. Automatically our fitness improves with these games while exercise and jym training becomes boring routine for us.
So if we start playing games instead of jym training and exercise we will be more consistent and our fitness goals will also be achieved easily. I think badminton and football are the best games for being physically fit. I like badminton instead of football or other games.

This really is the greatest secret of being healthy and fit. Play a game on regular basis. Enjoy yourself and be fit and healthy. Improving fitness needs playing games on regular intervals. Let's change our hectic routine of jym training and exercise with playing these games mentioned above. You will be astonished to see the results. Thanks for stopping by. Have a great weekend ahead. Love you all.
