Allot of people have this wrong conception regarding check up. Many people feel check up is for only sick people or older people. Today I want to let us know that check up is for everyone.
When we go for check up regularly, we create an atmosphere for early detection of poor health, promotion of health and continues health Management. Allot of persons feel that only when one is sick that check up is required, but even an healthy person is to go for check up.
Today if you aren't a type that do go for check up please try and start engaging. Your blood pressure, height, weight, body temperature, pulse rate and breathing will be access, this also gives the health provider an edge to know your state of health. Some test might be required too. Thank you

I am a victim of this i am very ignorant, sometimes I didn't even do checkup I guess work and get any medication. But with this enlightenment i will readjust. Take you so much for sharing this important piece.

What advice do you have for someone that is convinced to go for this routine check up but could not afford the financial cost and charges?
Ok he or she can start from little for example, if you go to the hospital to check your blood pressure, if the nurses are free, they do check for you without paying anything at all. If there is need to see doctor then you will. Now after seeing the doctor, if the medications are what you can't afford, you can tell the doctor and a substitute will be brought up sir
