I have released on the Github, and hope to get help from the community, on this software, built to monitor deposits of SBD made from the blockchain to any account on hive.

NOTE: The code is ugly, I coded that in a few hours on a Sunday before going to sleep, and released it today before going to my full-time job. I will improve it on my free time, and proceed to work on other tools I need.
The goal is that this account will work like a bank, it will store the deposit and withdrawal transactions, and how much credit each account has to withdrawal from the funds.
It does not store all the blocks from the blockchain because that would use up A LOT of storage, and I wanted to keep it light.
The software is not complete and updates are always welcome.
I will improve the software during this week, but I also have other tools to work until this account can become descentralized.

As said before, there are 100,000 LUCK tokens on hive-engine, each 1,000 tokens are supposed to represent 1% permission, and the account will have a signature threshold to do operations on the Hive blockchain, but for that, I am developing a few tools.
Maybe you mean HBD ?
Note that this is a first version, I am going to work now, and during week days I am not very productive on my hobbies, on the weekend I might have time to make this one tool here nicer, and then proceed to make other tools for a DAO on Hive blockchain
