EQUITABLE INTEREST - The interest of a beneficiary is considered equitable as contrasted with the interest of the trustee which is a legal interest because the trustee has legal as contrasted with equitable title. ( Black’s Law 6).
Trustee = legal title.. Beneficiary = equitable title under a trust .. So the trustee (us) is holding an interest in surname legal trust property, the beneficiary is the state holding in custody the equitable God-given Christian name. Yes equitable titles are indeed ours but while we operate their title we are in guilt impersonating a fictitious name and deemed criminals .
ESTATE being everything built upon the foundational base of the BC . An estate is legal therefore owned by the legal, in truth we own nothing other than debt but rather are owned .

I have been engaged in deep investigation regarding how i can exit out of this corrupt usury system since 2020. Before that I knew nothing of the truth of this legal construct fraudulent trust-set up we are all born into.
I have looked into the works of a lot of people, but ultimately the works of Romley and Rohan from the JUSTINIAN-DECEPTION youtube channel makes sense to me the most. Their work is mostly about something called DOG-LATIN/Glossa and how this corrupted debase form of Latin has usurped itself into everything...and that it's one of the main weapons of our enemy. Through the discovering of the Glossa, those two guys also discovered the existence of two distinctive birth certificates (one that bears the surname/SURNAME and one that doesn't), which points to the existence of the trust-triangle we have been swindled into....from benefactor to trustee.

Regarding eschewing the participation of this legal society....i have been working on this. It seems to me the many solutions out there...such as the Assume Named Certificate, the registering of the legal entity via Dormant LTD Company (UK method), using Universal Postal Mechanics to become Post-Master of "your" documents...etc etc requires one to still act on behalf of the legal entity (that is the surname/SURNAME identifier for the trustee-office in this trust-triangle).
Out of everyone out there, Rom and Roh have really proven themselves with what they found. That's why they're hunted and branded as terrorists in Australia.
It's either try to get the correct documentation, throwing away all ties with the surname/SURNAME (means get rid of all licenses, all accounts and all "ID" within this system that bears the surname/SURNAME on the documentation) or jumping off this legal ship entirely. I knew a few guys who has done this. The trouble for me how to achieve this and maintain a semblance of stable living...meaning a shelter. All else can be paid for as long as i can get the certificate of birth (this is the certificate that has no surname, and it identifies one as being in the office of the benefactor, once you have this the State automatically returns to being under our directive power, effectively our trustee)...they can pay for it from the trustee account.
The economic policies of overlords only matter to those that are dependent on overlords. Don't use their stuff. Technological advance enables us to make our own stuff. WE.DON'T.NEED.THEM.
How would you advise a youngster to go about this?
I have undertaken to do good deeds so that I can ascertain if I have met good people capable of goodwill. I seek to create associations with good people and create goodwill balances that enable my felicity, and the felicity of the company I keep. When I find good company I seek to keep it.
Everything good and holy can only exist on that basis. Whatever your personal goals are depends on your personal circumstances, and if you are the only good person you know, you can only achieve Stone age felicity, limited to what you can make with your own personal hands. To attain to civilization and it's innumerable blessings, we must have a society of good people and a goodwill balance that can be exchanged amongst our number. However, when we have that there is no limit to what we can achieve.
The Space age has begun. Terran 1 launched in March 2023, the first 3D printed spacecraft. The sky isn't the limit anymore. It's just the beginning.
