I hope you've been able to get some rest since you wrote this message, it definitely sounds like you have a full schedule!
My sleep just did a flip flop after months of sleeping past noon. Now I'm up 3-5 am and in bed by 8-10 pm. Literally a 12 hour shift and it can shift in no time at all with no indicators that it is getting ready to shift. Maybe I'm a lunatic :D
