In every business, Acquiring new customers helps the business grow, while retaining existing ones ensures sustainability and builds brand loyalty. So a balanced approach that focuses on both is to me, the best effective strategy.
For months now, we have focused on onboarding newbies, helping them get to know more about this wonderful platform, that it's not just money orientated but a place where you can learn, make real friends and many more.
We have seen many hive meetup which is designed to help many newbies and old ones get to know more about hive. Currently, @marajah and her team are working tiredlessly preaching about hive in the city of Aba through the hive roadshow. Very impressive.
But what about old members? What has been done to help inactive ones, those who are discouraged maybe because of one thing or the other?

Countless times , Our boss @fokusnow continues to work tiredlessly in making sure his team, those he onboarded are active. He continues to encourage us through tips, hive meet-up, contest etc.

I could remember sometime ago, I was about to call it a quite until I attended one of his hive meetup. I met many people like me who needed words of encouragement. Guess what? After that day I pick up and I'm not going back.
So what's my point?
Let's not just focus on onboarding new ones, let's also make out time to reach out and help inactive ones. Give them a listening ear and assist them when necessary.

That is encouraging. Attending meetups and applying the motive for the meetup is essential too. Glad you're back to normal. Let's do all we can to make sure we onboard new users and as well help retain old members.
Thank you.
