How is my dear Hive community? I hope very well, I feel very well, every day with new challenges and trying a little harder with the goal of my total recovery, today I want to share my last snack with one of my few friends in Uruguay, Romi came home to visit me, we caught up, we talked a lot and we asked for something sweet to have a snack together.
¿Cómo se encuentra mi querida comunidad de Hive? espero que muy bien, yo me siento muy bien, cada dia con nuevos retos y esforzándome un poco mas con el objetivo de mi recuperación total, hoy quiero compartirles mi ultima merienda junto a una de mis pocas amigas en Uruguay, Romi vino a casa a visitarme, nos pusimos al dia hablamos mucho y pedimos algo dulce para merendar juntas.
Because I can't move too much, we decided to order something at home, we use the order now app (besides delivery I'm also a regular customer) and we order at the local Boxes churros that is located in the new shopping center, it didn't take too long to be prepared but I must admit that the delivery woman was lost and kept us outside for 20 minutes waiting for her since she was lost, she couldn't get the address of my house, the reason was problems with her cell phone and the gps signal.
Debido a que no puedo moverme demasiado, decidimos pedir algo a casa, usamos la app pedidos ya (ademas de delivery tambien soy cliente habitual) y pedimos en el local Boxes churros que queda ubicado en el centro comercial nuevo centro shopping, no tardo demasiado en ser preparado pero debo admitir que la repartidora estaba perdida y nos mantuvo 20 minutos afuera esperando por ella ya que estaba perdida, no conseguia la direccion de mi casa, el motivo problemas con su celular y la señal del gps.
In the app we can see the location of the delivery person and a good customer, friendly, leaves when the delivery is close to avoid waiting too long, that's what we did and then we returned home with our order in a cardboard bag (to take care of the environment) , the order arrived in good condition, the churros in a box inside a bag so they wouldn't lose the sugar, the drinks wrapped in plastic wrap to prevent them from spilling, although the drinks arrived lukewarm, everything was very tasty and we had a great time.
En la app podemos ver la ubicacion del repartidor y un buen cliente, amable, sale cuando el delivery esta cerca para evitar que espere demasiado, eso hicimos y luego volvimos a casa con nuestro pedido en una bolsa de carton (para cuidar el medio ambiente), el pedido llegó en buen estado, los churros en una cajita dentro una bolsa para que no perdieran el azucar, las bebidas envueltas en papel film para evitar que se derramen, aunque las bebidas llegaron tibias todo estaba muy rico y la pasamos super bien.
The waffle was very fluffy and covered with abundant dulce de leche, so much so that on several occasions I accompanied the churros that were only sugared with a little dulce de leche that the waffle brought as a topping, it reminded me a lot of some waffles that I bought at the the aviators shopping center that brought strawberries and icing sugar.
The drinks were chocolate with coffee, a little bitter and very thick, a subtle touch of sugar and warm, perfect to contrast with the sweetness of the other protagonists of the snack.
El waffle era muy esponjoso y estaba cubierto de abundante dulce de leche, tanto que en varias ocasiones acompañe los churros que solo eran azucarados de un poco de dulce de leche que traía de topping el waffle, me recordó mucho a unos waffles que compraba en el centro comercial los aviadores que traían fresa y azúcar glass.
Las bebidas eran chocolate con café, un poco amargos y bien espesos, un toque sútil de azúcar y tibios perfectos para contrastar con el dulzor de los otros protagonistas de la merienda.
The snack combo has a cost of 450 pesos plus 45 pesos for delivery, an approximate price of 12$, we are both satisfied, because although it seems a bit expensive, it is a normal price for a snack in Uruguay, the most important thing here is not the desserts, for me the most important thing is that my friend Romina has been able to visit me after more than a month of the accident, I am glad to spend time with her, she is usually a good listener and I am glad to catch up on so many things that have happened in our lives in more than a month that we had not seen each other.
El combo de merienda tiene un costo de 450 pesos más 45 pesos de delivery, un precio aproximado a 12$, ambas quedamos satisfechas, porque aunque parece un poco costoso, es un precio normal por una merienda en Uruguay, lo más importante aqui no son los postres, para mi lo mas importante es que mi amiga Romina me haya podido visitar después de más de un mes del accidente, me alegro pasar tiempo con ella, suele ser buena escuchando y me alegro ponerme al dia de tantas cosas que han pasado en nuestra vidas en mas de un mes que teníamos sin vernos.

Sin duda alguna una merienda muy sabrosa, todo luce muy sabroso y dulce, en cuánto al delivery ya he pasado por esas situaciones en las que el repartidor se pierde o por la señal no logra comunicarse, pero lo importante es que el pedido llegue 😌. Saludos!
