I like to enjoy my morning coffee, I usually talk to my husband about how his all-night watch went. He is a nurse and spending nights without him is something that after 10 years still doesn't make me feel comfortable. We also talk about topics of interest like things around the house, I tell him about my stuff and I like him to tell me about what he likes to do. Sharing morning coffee is a way to bring us closer together every day. I would say it is the secret to a lasting marriage.
When my husband and best friend is away, I share morning coffee sitting on the balcony with my mother. She tells me stories of her childhood and how grandma used to make coffee for her and her 9 siblings every morning. She tells me about the time they planted coffee in the house and how they enjoyed the harvest.
Morning coffee is the key to a successful day and a strong relationship with the ones we love.
You have a beautiful relationship with your husband. In truth, marriage must be watered every day with simple details, but very important to life.

I learned that a friend of mine had a leafy coffee plant in a huge pot in her living room. She harvested little but it was the best coffee she ever tasted. You should try it and tell her about the experience. ☺️☕
The night shifts are hard and I agree with you that being alone in the evenings is uncomfortable. It is lovely that you can have coffee together and with family and share stories, catch up and enjoy the moment of just being there together.

I can imagine how you feel, I have cousins, uncles and relatives nearby who have that profession, it is truly admirable what they do for others, but they spend a lot of time away from home, They are greatly needed, you are very understanding and above all aware of the situation, that is the true value of friendship as a couple, understanding each other.

Ohhhh dear this is not easy, staying all by yourself when your husband goes for his night shift must be hard sometimes. Everyday I pray my future husband don't get to do night shifts or travel a lot as I can be clingy most times.

Well, I confess that I don't always like to get up early. But when I'm waiting for my husband I get up and wait with a good cup of coffee. Yes, it is surprising. He falls asleep even talking to me. He adapted to this.

I love the idea of being quietly enjoying a chat and a coffee with my best friend. I'm sure we'd talk about everything, especially nice and pleasant things that would brighten up my day.
Most mornings I chat with my husband, or on the phone with my sister, after making my cup of coffee.
Although a little gossip with my best friend would also be a good way to start the day.
It's not bad to talk about gossip of the day, hahaha. Friends are always there for everyone, we can talk about many things, nice or not, and they are there to listen to us chatter.

Hello everyone, I'm just popping by after a hundred years of being awol 😁 and I can't resist joining the topic.
If I were to have coffee with one of my best friends, as of late, the conversation will most likely be about catching up. Many of them recently returned from their holidays. It would be about how their vacations went, which places they visited, encounters with in-laws etc.
I noticed that I spend a lot of time listening in conversations more and more, but would throw in passages from a book I had recently read or bring up a similar experience related to the topic and when I run out of things to talk about, the conversation would lead to Korean series to watch. The coffee dates are usually scheduled in the afternoons. I spend my daily morning coffee drinking it alone usually after meditation while my husband's off to drop our daughter to school before jumping into work.
This late morning coffee is an image taken at Ram's Cafe after a long day processing documents at the Municipal Hall with a client representative turned friend. Our conversation was all about work and how we could resolve the challenges we have ahead.
I have a friend who is obsessed with Kdramas, hahaha, she would probably converse with you about that for a while!

I would sit down in the quiet corner of the coffee shop with my friend. Whilst the aromas of coffee fill our noses we deeply discuss a range of topics. Sitting down with a friend is always important and with coffee, we can relax and talk.
A topic that would come to mind and be talked about is "How have you been?" and "Are you ok?", No doubt it has been a while since me and my friend have seen each other and things happen every day people are busy there are always things happening. In a coffee shop, for me and a friend, it would be a great way to catch up and see how things have been for each other. It would be important to have this catch-up because people share similarities and it allows people to get things off of their chest in a relaxing environment.
Ooh firstly, what you ordered look delectable! Which one was better, the chocolate cake or the other one (is that a brownie?)
Spending time face to face having coffee with a friend and catching up are are precious. I feel grateful whenever I'm inside a coffee shop, that we could all do this again and enjoy a delicious meal together when this wasn't possible a few years ago.

WHen you check on your friends you will know how they are coping and they will always be happy and grateful.
Not sure exactly what I'd talk about over coffee with my best friend but the conversation would likely come around to hockey at some point, as we are both big fans. Also, he's not a coffee drinker so I would certainly poke fun at his hot chocolate, I'd ask him if he took it from his kid or if he was going to go play with his action figures after this xD

A new conversation has been opened to get to know each other better. Today we will talk about what we would talk about with our best friend, without missing a cup of delicious coffee.
Well I have a very special friend, I don't see him much, but when we get together the chats are very pleasant, we talk about everything a little bit, politics, religion, life, science, literature and some gossip, hahaha.
But what most occupies the theme of the dialogue is philosophy, how we see life from our different points of view and experiences, the destinies marked or traced by oneself and human behavior that often goes beyond all rationality.
They are very pleasant afternoons with the cozy aroma and taste of a good coffee, very hot, with sugar to the taste of each one and an accompaniment such as cookies or snacks.

Coincidentally today I was with my best friends, we talked about our projects for this year 2024, strengthen our bonds of sisterhood and support each other in each of the adventures we start in Hive, last year our friendship was born with the name of #hiveamigas, since then we have discussed every project to undertake together in Hive and support some communities. Friendship is the most beautiful thing we have.

When I enjoy coffee with my best friend, we tend to talk about art whether it's new music we've heard or someone with really cool drawing skills and share new insights that we've discovered when we're not together, because my best friend is a member of my band so overall it's mostly about music and I myself realize that as I get older, the communication span with my best friend or friends will get thinner, especially people like me who spend a lot of time at home working and creating art 😅

I feel you about conversations thinning and reactions draw a strange look from friends sometimes. You reminded me of an artist friend who hibernates and disappears to work on his masterpieces and then resurfaces occasionally and he calls it "getting out of the cave." I meet up with a few friends every day, by going out of the cave and sitting in a hangout but mostly I don't chat and just breathe in the fresh air because I don't like small talk :) hehe

Talking with my friend over the phone is already as exciting as one can ever imagine, how much sitting face to face her! When having coffee together we will reminisce about the good old days and fill each other in on everything happening in our lives.

Wanted to start my daily activity when I started feeling sleepy 😪 again so I grabbed a cup of coffee after having a cup of tumeric tea,
I put a watspp call through to my friend whom has gone to work and we discussed how his day was going, things are becoming more ridiculous especially house rent in lagos Nigeria so that was the basis of our discussion, after that we talked about how to cope with the high cost of living, then we concluded our discussion with tips on how to find a suitable mate for marriage, he got a ride and we ended our discussion then I finished my cup of coffee and continued what I was doing.
