Hello coffee lovers as always I share with you my passionate journey in the world of coffee, as you know I am an eternal explorer and in my country, Venezuela, there is a lot of coffee to enjoy. This time I bring you a new presentation of the brand Paramo Café that every day I like more, this time I bought 3 different presentations and today I bring you the first of them the Café Mestizo.

"Mestizo" this name is nothing more than a colonial wound since the history of the Venezuelan coffee plantations gave its origins to slavery. Mestizaje represents for us the mixture, which began with the Spanish invasion and the African slave trade, when they brought to America the home of many indigenous tribes.
But what is a Mestizo? This name was given in the Spanish invasion to children born of fathers or mothers of different race, in this case they were called "Mestizos" are children of white slave owners and enslaved Indians and thus began the miscegenation of Venezuela. Perhaps in another publication I will tell you about this dark part of the history of coffee.

This coffee called Mestizo is roasted, ground, light gourmet type, it is a full body coffee with an almond aroma with honey and most importantly it is 100% Venezuelan coffee. This coffee really has a delicious aroma accompanied by a very good taste, it is really a very light coffee with a very pleasant aroma.

I was really fascinated with this coffee, it is an excellent coffee to drink at any time, it is very nice act for all tastes and is super versatile perhaps somewhat soft for those who pro no doubt I personally will buy it again and I am anxious to try the other two presentations of Paramo Coffee.
Café Mestizo Ligero |Páramo Café ☕ ESP
Hola amantes del café como siempre comparto con ustedes mi apasionado recorrido en el mundo del café, como saben soy una eterna exploradora y en mi país, Venezuela, hay mucho café para disfrutar. Esta vez le traigo una nuevamente presentación de la marca Paramo Café que cada día me gusta más, en esta ocasión compre 3 presentaciones diferentes y hoy les traigo la primera de ellas el Café Mestizo.

"Mestizo" este nombre no es mas que una herida colonial ya que la historia de las cafetaleras de Venezuela marco dio sus origenes con la esclavitud. El mestizaje representa para nosotros la mezcla, que inicio con la invasión española y el comercio esclavista africano, cuando los trajeron hasta america el hogar de muchas tribus indigenas.
Pero que es un Mestizo? Este nombre fue dado en la invasión española a hijos nacidos de padres o madres de raza diferente, en este caso se denominaban "Mestizos" son hijos de blancos esclavistas e indias esclavizadas y así inicio el mestizaje de Venezuela. Quizás en otra publicación les cuente sobre esta parte oscura de la historia del café.

Este café llamado Mestizo es tostado, molido, tipo gourmet ligero, es un café de cuerpo completo con aroma almendras con miel y lo más importante es café 100% Venezolano. Este café tiene realmente un delicioso aroma acompañado de un muy buen sabor es realmente un cafe muy ligero con un aroma muy agradable.

Quede realmente fascinada con este café, es un excelente café para tomar en cualquier momento, es muy agradable acto para todos los gusto y es super versátil quizás algo suave para quienes pro sin duda yo en lo personal lo comprare de nuevo ya estoy ansiosa por probar las otras dos presentaciones del Paramo Café.

Hola hermana horrible, compre la prsentacion roja hace unso meses la que kkeva Por nombre Catatumbo según tengo entendido es la más sueva luego viene este que es una mezcla entre el rojo y el de empaque negro que es el mas fuerte y es que deseo probar, el empaque es de calidad preserva el olor y el aroma además de que no se daña o rompe fácilmente como pasa con otras marcas
Hola!! Amo Páramo Café es muy bueno😍☕. Yo pensaba igual😅🤭 pero realmente el Ligero es el Mestizo, después viene Catatumbo que es el original y de último es azabache. Me di cuenta al comprarlo los 3 juntos. Y creo que la presentación Caribe tiene de los 3.
Ese lo probé hace unos meses es muy bueno también.
Mañana pruebo el Catatumbo ☕💜
A mi el Catatumbo no me gusto mucho tal vez tarde en agarrarle la medida el Caribe lo he probado y ese si me encanta hice una reseña hace un tiempo, al igual que de dos visitas a sedes de Páramo Café
