Antonio and his father were planning to make an expedition deep into a jungle that was a few kilometers from where they lived, to do that they had to be prepared, take food and everything necessary for camping. Their goal was to look for one of the rarest and most expensive coffee plants in the world that only grew in that place due to the climatic conditions, the terrain and only one person knew where it was. A man who has lived for many years in that immense jungle, that was what the inhabitants of the town told, it was a legend. So this family will go in search of that coffee where they will have to survive the heavy rains that never stop in the jungle.

They left home as early as possible, carrying a backpack with their basic tools, supplies and other things needed for the road. Antonio carried his camera to document every discovery they made. As they walked they found many animals passing by them, strange sounds and the footsteps of a human being. When they realized this, they decided to follow the trail to see if they could find the mysterious man who lived in the jungle. They walked for several hours and found the coffee plant, which was supposedly very expensive.
After hours and hours of walking, the tracks began to disappear, they had gone so far away that they could no longer return home, since they were in the middle of the jungle. The night was already falling, the temperatures were rising, it was very cold and everything was very dark, only the moonlight, so they had no choice but to camp, they set up their tent, lit a fire and immediately prepared some hot chocolate with some cookies, it was ideal to recover all the energy they had lost during the whole run. Suddenly it started to rain, they gathered everything and ran off in search of a safer shelter where they could spend the night.

In the distance they saw a kind of hut, made of old sticks, palm branches and of course a very old man, with a very big beard, sitting at the entrance. Antonio in a low voice said, "Father, we found this man who supposedly has lived in this jungle for many years.
They approached him with some trepidation to ask for help, as the rain was very heavy and they were in danger if they did not find a place to stay. The man was acting very strange, he hardly spoke, and to their surprise he had many coffee bushes around his hut, the old man when he saw them approaching him offered them help, he gave them a place to spend the night, he also gave them some coffee, since he was dying from the cold. Antonio's father realized that he was a good man, with no intentions of harming him, everything they said about him was just a story.

The next morning, upon waking up, Antonio and his father were very astonished by the attention of the gentleman, they began to ask him thousands of questions about this supposed coffee bush that was growing there and was very expensive. The gentleman did not want to say anything about it, however, he gave him some clues to see if with his intelligence they could find it. Antonio's father was very confused and doubtful about what he had said, so he decided to leave the place to see if he could find something. While Antonio stayed with the man, as his feet were hurting him a lot.
When night fell, the father did not return to the cabin, it did not stop raining, so the man decided to light a small fire to tell him stories of what happened in the jungle. They began to enjoy a cup of coffee, it was the richest he had ever tasted, but he did not know how he had prepared it, the man began to tell.
He did not stop talking and talking, until one of them said that when he was a child he also tried to look for that coffee plant that supposedly was very expensive and now I am sitting here, since I have no father, because he tried to do the same. It was the most painful and sad story he told, Antonio did not stop crying and crying, because he thought he was going to go through the same thing with his parents. He also told them thousands of things that happened in the jungle on rainy days.

Antonio got up from his chair and began to run through the jungle in search of his father, but he could not find him. The reflection that I share with you is that sometimes older people, who have already lived and gone through thousands of experiences, know what is good and bad.
