Yesterday, I went to do some last minute shopping for my home and I saw it on the shelf and decided to try it. This coffee is called Café Alvarigua, being its slogan coffee that makes you fall in love. The presentation I bought is of 100g and according to its packaging it is a gourmet version. It is grown and processed in Venezuela,specifically, in the State of Aragua. In its packaging it makes clear the instructions for preparation and storage.
Upon arriving home, after fixing some pending issues in the kitchen, I turned on the stove, assembled my pot and proceeded to wait for the water to boil, while in the bag to strain the coffee and that was it. I don't usually pour the coffee into the water. It has always been the custom in my house to do it that way. After straining it, I pour it into the thermos and it is ready to serve.
I placed the cup. I poured the coffee and I set out to taste it in peace as I like it, because there was no one in the house. I noticed that it has a good color. Good aroma. I tasted it without sugar. Its flavor is bitter. It is of that type of coffee with which you can not exceed in the quantities, because it is very strong.

Ayer, fui a hacer unas compras de último momento para mi hogar y lo ví en el anaquel y decidí probarlo. Este café se llama Café Alvarigua, siendo su eslogan café que enamora. La presentación que compré es de 100g y según su empaque es una versión gourmet. Este es cultivado y procesado en Venezuela, específicamente, en el Estado Aragua. En su empaque deja claro las instrucciones para prepararlo y almacenamiento.
Al llegar a mi casa, después de arreglar unos pendientes en la cocina, encendí la cocina, monté mi olla y procedí a esperar que el agua hirviera, mientras en la bolsa para colar el café y listo. No suelo echar el café al agua. Es costumbre de mi casa desde siempre hacerlo así. Después de colarlo, lo vierto en el termo y listo para servir.
Ubiqué la taza. Me serví el café y me dispuse a probarlo en santa paz como a mí me gusta, porque no había nadie en la casa. Noté que tiene buen color. Bien aroma. Lo probé sin azúcar. Su sabor es amargo. Es de ese tipo de café con el que no puedes excederte en las cantidades, porque es muy fuerte.
Yo me lo tomé sin azúcar y lo pasé muy bien. Además, la presentación de 100g tiene muy buen precio. Es un café amigable y lo podría volver a comprar si alguna vez no encontrara el que estoy acostumbrada a beber.
Evaluación:

Yo también tiendo a ser estricta con el café. Me lo puedo tomar sin azúcar, no tengo problemas por eso. Pero, en cuanto a sabor, me gusta fuerte, pero no regañón. Sabes que hay unos cafés que tú los haces y son muy amargos. Hay otro que se llama Della NONNA, ese me encanta a morir.

Que bueno que lo probaste, de verdad que es un muy buen café, en casa tenemos tiempo usándolo, tiene un fuerte sabor y el aroma es envolvente, de verdad que muy sabroso, y bastante aceptable su precio.
Sí, es buen café, pero yo trato de no ponerle mucho al agua, porque si sabor es fuerte. Yo no soy de sabores tan fuertes. Pero, es un café que bien llevado, es genial.
