인공지능을 이용한 간호사 이직률 예측 (최주희 등, 2018).

  • 텐서플로우 이용
  • 부산 지역 일 대학병원, 2010년~2017년 퇴직 간호사 DB 1,018건
  • 총 DB 중 80%는 학습, 20%는 테스트
  • 1년 내 이직률 88.7%, 3년 이내 이직률 79.8%. 퇴직 시 연령 20대 후반~30대 집중 분포;이직 사유는 결혼. 출산, 육아, 가정 및 개인 사정, 1년 이하 이직자의 가장 높은 이유는 업무 부적응 및 대인관계. check! check! check!

    년내 이직률 89%면 이직자는 대부분 간호직을 오해해서 ㅎ
