This is Salinas Grande in northern Argentina. A huge salt flat, second to Salar de Uyuni in Boliva. Onse there was a lake here. But the lake dried up an left a left behind this concentration of salt. There is stil mining of salt. During the wet season the salt flat is flooded, leaving a landscape with reflections on the surface like.
