El día de hoy les traigo un post bastante especial para mí ya que estamos de celebración por alcanzar 100 miembros en uno de los proyectos en los que tengo más tiempo perteneciendo desde mi llegada al mundo de la creación de contenido en tecnología blockchain.
Welcome once again to my blog, guys! Today I bring you a pretty special post for me as we are celebrating reaching 100 members in one of the projects I have been involved in for the longest time since my arrival in the world of blockchain technology content creation.
Sí, estoy hablando de un grupo exclusivo de la plataforma de #Hive conocido como «The Talent Club»; desde la cuenta oficial del proyecto (@talentclub) comenzó un concurso donde invitan a las personas que forman parte del club a hablar sobre su(s) miembro(s) favorito(s) del mismo como celebración de alcanzar un total de 100 miembros totalmente activos.

Antes que todo | Before everything
Antes de comenzar, quiero dejar en claro que las personas que mencionaré acá son personas con las que he podido convivir de una manera un poco más cercana que otros, pero verdaderamente aprecio a todos y cada uno de los miembros de este club porque realmente todos hemos crecido por el apoyo de cada uno, desde los más pequeños Talent Minnows hasta los miembros Californio 252, todos valen muchísimo porque todo el HP que hemos delegado es lo que se reparte diariamente para el crecimiento de cada uno de nosotros, es un compromiso que se ha hecho valer por demasiado tiempo y ha sido un tiempo increíble.
Por supuesto, para todos los que no saben de qué estoy hablando, entremos primero en contexto sobre este club.
Before I begin, I want to make it clear that the people I will mention here are people with whom I have been able to live a little more closely than others, but I truly appreciate each and every one of the members of this club because we have all really grown because of the support of each other, from the smallest Talent Minnows to the Californio 252 members, everyone is worth so much because all the HP we have delegated is what is handed out daily for the growth of each one of us, it is a commitment that has been enforced for too long and it has been an incredible time.
Of course, for all of you who don't know what I'm talking about, let's first get into some context about this club.
¿Qué es el Talent Club? | What's the Talent Club?
Si lo definimos de forma bastante superficial, es un grupo exclusivo de talentos de la plataforma de #hive en diferentes disciplinas que crean contenido y son recompensados con un voto que es recibido por una previa suscripción realizada a dicho grupo con una parte de tu HP delegado.
Ah, pero... ¿cualquier persona puede entrar al Talent Club?
La respuesta es no; y te explico el porqué, la idea detrás de este club es de juntar personas que tengan mucho talento en sus áreas de creación de contenido, es decir, que sean usuarios que estén igual o por encima del promedio a nivel de calidad y para determinar esto se realiza una votación interna para aprobar o declinar la solicitud de entrada de los candidatos postulantes, por supuesto, esta decisión se basa en una pequeña investigación que realiza cada miembro antes de realizar dicha votación.
Esto es simplemente un mecanismo para evitar que entren autores que puedan dañar la impecable reputación del club por ser usuarios con muy baja calidad de contenido o personas que realicen malas prácticas como plagio, suplantación de identidad, etc.
¿Cómo puedo aplicar para entrar al Talent Club?
Simple, solo debes entrar a nuestro servidor de Discord y presentar tu postulación en el canal #application-for-admission donde debes oclocar cuánto HP estás dispuesto a delegar para tu ingreso, qué haces y qué buscas al entrar en el club, posteriormente se te contactará de ser aprobada tu solicitud.
Ahora, sabiendo esto, vamos con el tópico de este post, hablemos sobre mis miembros favoritos del club.
If we define it rather superficially, it is an exclusive group of #hive platform talents in different disciplines who create content and are rewarded with a vote that is received by a previous subscription made to said group with a portion of your delegated HP.
Ah, but.... can anyone join the Talent Club?
The answer is no; and I'll explain why, the idea behind this club is to bring together people who are very talented in their areas of content creation, ie users who are equal or above average quality level and to determine this an internal vote is taken to approve or decline the application for entry of the candidates applicants, of course, this decision is based on a small investigation that each member performs before making such a vote.
This is simply a mechanism to prevent the entry of authors who may damage the impeccable reputation of the club by being users with very low quality content or people who perform bad practices such as plagiarism, impersonation, etc..
How can I apply to join the Talent Club?
Simple, you just have to enter our Discord server and submit your application in the #application-for-admission channel where you must specify how much HP you are willing to delegate for your entry, what you do and what you are looking for to join the club, then you will be contacted if your application is approved.
Now, knowing this, let's go with the topic of this post, let's talk about my favorite members of the club.
Mis miembros favoritos del Talent Club | My favorite members of Talent Club
Como dije al principio de este post, estos son los hivers con los que he tenido más contacto o los he conocido más a fondo como creadores por leer su contenido, ser testigo de su compromiso con nuestra blockchain y demás cosas que los vuelven súper especiales y épicos para mí, tienen mi admiración total.
As I said at the beginning of this post, these are the hivers that I have had more contact with or have gotten to know them more in depth as creators by reading their content, witnessing their commitment to our blockchain and other things that make them super special and epic to me, they have my full admiration.
1.- @dresden «El Jefe» | "The Boss"
Cuando llegas al Talent Club y conoces a @dresden por primera vez, crees que él es «el jefe» de esta familia y puede que de repente te parezca algo intimidante el comunicarte con él por esa misma razón, pero es un ser humano increíble, al que le gusta mucho ver a las personas crecer, es un blogger muy bueno, toma unas fotografías excelentes y tiene unas mascotas increíblemente guapas.
Por supuesto él es el que se encarga de que el club se mantenga en rumbo porque todo barco necesita un capitán y él más que un capitán es la punta de lanza de este proyecto, porque siempre está a la vanguardia GUIANDO y MOTIVANDO a todos a crecer juntos, como la familia que somos, porque aunque este club tenga una mecánica de suscripción, el ingreso es voluntario y la recompensa es mucho mayor que la que puede otorgar otro proyecto al que le delegues HP.
Él siempre está ideando cosas geniales, siempre le pregunta a las personas del club cómo se sienten, si tenemos dudas, reclamos que hacer o sugerencias para mejorar aún más la experiencia de formar parte de esta familia, es lo que cualquier persona puede definir como un gran líder.
When you arrive at Talent Club and meet @dresden for the first time, you think he is "the boss" of this family and you may suddenly find it a bit intimidating to communicate with him for that very reason, but he is an amazing human being, who really likes to see people grow, is a very good blogger, takes great pictures and has incredibly cute pets.
Of course he is the one in charge of keeping the club on course because every ship needs a captain and he more than a captain is the spearhead of this project, because he is always at the forefront GUIDING and MOTIVATING everyone to grow together, like the family we are, because although this club has a subscription mechanism, the income is voluntary and the reward is much greater than any other project to which you delegate HP.
He is always coming up with great things, he always asks the people in the club how they feel, if we have doubts, claims to make or suggestions to further improve the experience of being part of this family, he is what anyone can define as a great leader.
2.- @marpa «La Cuentacuentos» | "The Storyteller"
Creo que no hay persona en el Talent Club que no adore a @marpa, porque es un usuario con una mística y magia detrás de sus publicaciones tan hermosas que en definitiva se vuelve sumamente placentero el tomarse unos minutos para conocer cada historia que tiene para contar; suele hacerlo utilizando marionetas muy bonitas y una técnica bastante genial conocida como Stop Motion la cual consiste en realizar muchas fotografías de un escenario moviendo a los protagonistas un poco entre cada toma para dar la sensación de movimiento de forma muy particular.
Cada escena que ella toma para utilizarlas como gif de apoyo dentro de su narrativa vuelve sus publicaciones algo completamente exquisito, si no me creen, solo vean este post reciente de ella ---> La lluvia de la alcantarilla, luego me cuentan cómo les fue.
Además de ser una creadora excelente, se volvió parte importante del club, ya que es como la mano derecha de @dresden y la encargada de las relaciones interpersonales, siempre viene con su mejor disposición y energía a saludarlos a todos en el servidor de Discord y se roba nuestras galletas, así que hay que tener cuidado con eso (pero siempre dejarle una galletita en el mismo lugar, solo por si acaso).
I think there is no person in the Talent Club who does not adore @marpa, because she is a user with a mystique and magic behind her publications so beautiful that ultimately it becomes extremely pleasant to take a few minutes to know each story she has to tell; she usually does it using very beautiful puppets and a pretty cool technique known as Stop Motion which consists of taking many photographs of a scenario moving the protagonists a little between each shot to give the feeling of movement in a very particular way.
Each scene she takes to use them as gif support within her narrative turns her publications into something completely exquisite, if you don't believe me, just check out this recent post of hers ---> La lluvia de la alcantarilla, then tell me how it went.
Besides being an excellent creator, she became an important part of the club, since she is like @dresden's right hand and the one in charge of interpersonal relations, she always comes with her best disposition and energy to greet everyone in the Discord server and steals our cookies, so you have to be careful with that (but always leave a cookie in the same place, just in case).
3.- @esthersanchez «La Cantante Vintage» | "The Vintage Singer"
No sé cuántas veces he expresado mi admiración por la señora Esther y siento que todavía no llego al tope porque siempre trae un trabajo musical mejor que el anterior y uno simplemente se lleva las manos a la cabeza y dice: «¡Me encanta el trabajo de esta señora!», porque siempre nos trae unas interpretaciones muy épicas tanto en solitario como en compañía de su esposo, el gran mister @orlandogonzalez
Creo que más allá de lo que ella nos otorga acá en la plataforma a nivel artístico, también ha hecho cosas geniales en el tema de la creación de contenido en la comunidad de Motherhood por lo mucho que ella ama la maternidad, se nota a leguas en cada historia que realiza.
También debo agradecerle el hecho de que trajo al mundo a una de las personas que más admiro en este mundo, mi querida amiga @andreabortone la cual lamentablemente no está haciendo contenido actualmente por acá, pero que próximamente sé que la verán cantando conmigo en mi canal de @threespeak, yo la quiero muchísimo y jamás podré dejar de estar agradecido con ella por eso.
I don't know how many times I've expressed my admiration for Mrs. Esther and I feel like I haven't reached the top yet because she always brings a musical work better than the previous one and you just throw your hands to your head and say, "I love this lady's work!" because she always brings us such epic performances both solo and with her husband, the great mister @orlandogonzalez.
I think that beyond what she gives us here on the platform on an artistic level, she has also done great things on the subject of creating content in the Motherhood community because of how much she loves motherhood, you can see it in every story she does.
I also have to thank her for the fact that she brought to the world one of the people I admire the most in this world, my dear friend @andreabortone who unfortunately is not currently making content here, but soon I know you will see her singing with me on my @threespeak channel, I love her very much and I can never stop being grateful to her for that.
4.- @adncabrera «La Bloguera Cumanés» | "The Cumanés Blogger
Esta blogger siempre fue una de mis favoritas desde la época de Steemit, porque es la primera persona que conocí de Cumaná que hacía contenido en la plataforma y descubrí que realmente había mucho talento de esa hermosa región de mi país (Venezuela) haciendo vida en la misma; fue un descubrimiento magnífico, al principio pensé que solo era de esos bloggers que escriben opiniones sobre cosas que van conociendo, lugares que visitan y demás pero luego descubrí que es un artista magnífica en el mundo de las artes plásticas y el dibujo, es simplemente genial.
Su calidad como artista siempre ha estado presente en la plataforma y siento una admiración increíble por ella por ser una de las grandes representantes del talento cumanés que tiene la plataforma.
This blogger has always been one of my favorites since the time of Steemit, because she is the first person I met from Cumaná who made content on the platform and I discovered that there was really a lot of talent from that beautiful region of my country (Venezuela) making life on the platform; it was a magnificent discovery, at first I thought she was just one of those bloggers who write opinions about things they know, places they visit and so on but then I discovered that she is a magnificent artist in the world of visual arts and drawing, she is just great.
Her quality as an artist has always been present on the platform and I feel an incredible admiration for her for being one of the great representatives of the Cumanese talent that the platform has.
5.- @miguelvargas «El Músico Multitarea» | The Multitask Musician
Hablar de @miguelvargas sería extenderme bastante porque comencé conociéndolo como músico en Steemit, pero luego tuvimos la oportunidad de trabajar juntos en proyectos un poco más profesionales que tenían una gran visión pero lamentablemente no tuvimos suficiente apoyo para ello.
Él se encargaba de apoyar en la administración del witness @castellano, con dicho witness pude montar un concurso de canto el cual estuvo activo por 30 semanas, por lo que fue súper genial tener a Miguel de aliado en esos primeros momentos donde decidí apoyar de forma directa a las personas que veía creando contenido musical en la plataforma, ya que ahí empezó mi pasión por apoyar a los demás.
Además de eso siempre demostró una ética de trabajo impecable y un gran ojo para la curación de contenido, así que fue súper genial trabajar codo a codo con él, admiraba el hecho de que podía dividir su tiempo de muchísimas maneras para poder mantener a tope todos los proyectos que fue proponiendo.
Talking about @miguelvargas would be quite extensive because I started knowing him as a musician in Steemit, but then we had the opportunity to work together on projects a little more professional that had a great vision but unfortunately we did not have enough support for it.
He was in charge of supporting the administration of the witness @castellano, with that witness I was able to set up a singing contest which was active for 30 weeks, so it was great to have Miguel as an ally in those first moments where I decided to directly support the people I saw creating musical content on the platform, because that's where my passion for supporting others began.
Besides that he always demonstrated an impeccable work ethic and a great eye for content curation, so it was super cool to work side by side with him, I admired the fact that he could divide his time in so many ways to be able to keep up with all the projects he was proposing.

De todo corazón agradezco a todos los que hayan leído hasta este punto; esta familia es increíble y realmente a todas las personas que tengan pasión por #Hive y por su contenido los invito demasiado a formar parte de este club, créanme que no se arrepentirán en absoluto de formar parte.
