I have a little technique advice: If you watch the video and look at your left hand, there is a lot of extra movement. You are moving your left hand away from the drum pad every other beat, then moving it back above the pad right before hitting.
You might try to keep your left hand more steady above the snare pad whenever it's resting. Avoid "dancing" your hands around when they aren't doing anything, it tends to result in shakier beats. Focus on that left hand staying in one place during the beat and it might help you tighten up even more. Either way sounding good my friend, cheers
Thanks for the tip. I'll try to keep an eye on that. I know keeping tight (in the right ways) is important. Need to keep working on it.
