RE: Recalling the memories and Learnings about Ramadan

I like how you started with the Mothers in the beginning. Mothers do a lot of hard work that goes unappreciated because it's "normal" to us.

I think you should clarify that "heaven is placed under her feet" is a teaching from the Hadith. You wrote it as if you're assuming the reader only knows this.

I like the part where you talked about your childhood. I think it's understandable your mother won't cook new food for you before the Iftar, even if a child couldn't understand at the time. My mother also didn't cook for us as children, but we also tried to fast a day or two of the month as soon as we got old enough to handle that. It was always "How long can you last before asking Mom for food, challenge." Good times~

"It's not easy to protect your fast while in the past it was auto protected."

True words. To me, the hardest part isn't even the hunger or the thirst. It's keeping me from doing Sins being spiritually minded. I pray Allah makes it easy for me and you.

I admit as I must have the exact reference of Islamic quotes, thanks for the correction.

Childhood hmm in our culture the kids are said to have sparrow fast ( due to being small in size probably because of their belly size hehe ) and I never had this haha I felt I must have panda fast as I was chubby in childhood🤧🥺😂 !LOL

seems like a nice challenge to practice fasting.
And to be honest it's hard to cut off the toxic traits we have all year during this month, as only this month is a blessing to request for forgiveness from everything. Glad to see your presence. May Allah bless us all 🤍

Why was the river rich?
Because it had two banks.
