There are many people around us who are very proud of themselves. The arrogance of these people break after someday and then they realize their mistake. But then there is no benefit for them in realizing the mistake because it is not possible for them to solve those mistakes in any way. Then they realize that arrogance was the root cause of their downfall. If you look at the people around you, you will see lot of such people . As much as I have seen and learned about such people in real life, I am discussing it with you.
The workplace you are currently working in, you think that workplace is useless without you but think well that workplace will never be useless without you. It is true that maybe everyone will have problems working in the workplace for a while without you. But after a while they will have no problem to work. Then all the work in the workplace can be done well without you. Then it will be seen that your arrogance has not caused any damage to the workplace and all the damage has been done to you. Now you have to go to different workplace again to look for a job.
So I would say that you should never be proud of yourself and if you are proud of yourself you can never improve your life. So from today we should all give up arrogance.
