Hello Everyone! Welcome to my blog. It is an old proverb, Health is wealth. Indeed, if we are not healthy then our wealth is nothing for us. Between health and Wealth, if someone has to choose one then I'm sure he or she will choose health. To maintain a healthy life, our body demands balance in our physical activities. We can keep balance between Physical Health and Mental Health by many ways. There are many online courses and coaching about it. People want to make themselves healthier and stronger, it is really impossible if they didn't have a balance between Physical health and mental health. We all know this proverb since years.

"A Healthy Body has a Healthy Mind"


What is Health?


Health is the Haemostatic Stage of all body systems when all body functions normally. It can be divided into:

  • 1) Physical Health
  • 2) Mental Health

Physical Health is directly linked to Mental health. For a good mental stage, we need good Physical Health. For good Physical Health, people perform different exercises like Jogging, Walk, Gym, Yoga, running, and other Sports. We should not perform strenuous physical exercises for good Physical Health. It is not only dangerous for our body but also for mental health.

Being a Gym Boy, I have experienced many things. To maintain a good physique was a big challenge for me. I started taking diet as well as coaching for this purpose. After one month, I found myself lethargic, slim and my sleep-wake cycle disturbed a lot. Beleive me, I was although happy to see some body changes but I was upset by my mental health. My focusing power was near to zero. Beleive me, my excessive exercise brought mental troubles for me.

I learned many things from this worst experience. There should be regular schedule for every exercise that should be according to body requirements. To make ourselves physically fit, we can take hormones but they will harm our mental crafts. Any risk regarding Physical Fitness can risk our Mental Health. We should consult a coach about diet, body needs and physical health. A strong mental health is only possible by a strong physical therapy.

Nature loves balance in everything. Health can only by maintained by keeping balance in the whole body systems. People do many excessive exercises for fitness. Beleive me, if we are doing everything for physical fitness but our focus is not on mental fitness then every activity is wasted. We should not overlapping for physical fitness when our mental health is not good. Similarly for getting mental health, we should not risk our physical health. We should perform those things that our body likes and is feasible for it. Any blind activity will be enough to end our health. A better synchronisation and much needed training can work well for health purpose. A Healthy man always has a healthy brain.
