we work regardless of time, as long as we can, what do we waste it for. oh yes, friends we are processing here are tilapia or carp nurseries which are exported to all regions in need, so we must be ready to serve existing consumers, sometimes sometimes there are those who are interested in 10 thousand fish, there must be a target. on last Sunday we all worked to make it easier for the parent fish to be bred so that the seeds reached the target we set...
After the mating process, we moved it to another pond, to drip the eggs of the parent fish. After the fish produced the seeds, we separated the mother from the seeds so that the seeds were not eaten by the mother. After a few months, we just exported them to a different place. needed. and the local government is also there to distribute it to the community for their business capital, so that the community can develop in their respective businesses...
And we cooperate with the fishery department, we sell per seed at a price. Rp.300. (three hundred rupiahs) per seed. So we share our profits with the fishery department. We are responsible for our facilities, such as housing and other facilities. And we also accept PPKL's children (practice). such as college students and university students, and elementary level. Every year we accept practical students from various parts of the province and some from the district...
And they were also very entertained by the work they researched with us at BBI, Sawang sub-district, which we taught them how to mate the fish, and how to transfer the mother and the seedlings correctly and painstakingly so that things don't happen that are not in the hands of want, such as death for example or lack of oxygen in the growth of the tilapia fry...
