Who else would promote Hive better than those who know it as home? And, in the spirit of spreading the word of Hive around, we are calling unto you to be an influencer for our initiative to extend our reach to X (formerly Twitter) to expand our coast. One of the biggest Web 2 platforms is X, and it will be our focus for this initiative. The idea is to promote Hive by sharing content and ideas on Hive and interacting with fellow Hivers and non-Hivers on X to increase awareness and enlighten people about Hive.
There will be weekly contests for this initiative. We will be publishing a weekly post on Hive Blockchain and in that post for the week, you simply need to leave a comment with a link to any of your latest X posts (tweets) that you would have made already. The X post that you will share in the post will need to contain a link to your hive post published in one of the weekly contests in the Hive Learners community, such as the weekly writing prompts, Creative Sunday, mini-thread contests, or even the discussions in the Heart-to-Heart sessions. When you do, however, there are just a few rules to adhere to to complete your influencer tasks and compete for a reward.
Influencers Of Last Week
We're in the stage of this new compaign where we're trying new way of rewarding to creators on hive and now sharing hive content on X can also increase your chances of curation and this week we had five Hive users that could do a solid entry and as we are moving forward numbers are increasing. The sixth announcement post got a lot of the holiday spirit. Users shared their posts associated with holiday topics since most of the featured contest topics was related to end of the year and holidays. Here are the winners:
...shared a fiction story on about a woman who ruled out love from her New Year's Resolution but love came knocking on her door. A story for the new year, having one wondering if she would give love another try. Read the story here.
...shared a story about a surprise birthday organized for Funmi by her best friend and sister. Despite initial suspicions, Funmi arrives home to find a beautifully decorated space, and also finds loved ones gathered for her last birthday before relocating. The Rules
Follow Hive Learners on X and engage any of the official tweets with a like, comment, and reblog. It'll increase the chances of gaining rewards.
Make a tweet with a description of your Hive post and a link to the post. The tweet must contain the #hivelearners and #hive tags. Your Hive post can be from any community. Ensure that the Hive post isn't older than 6 hours at the time of submission.
Complete your entry by making a comment on this post with your X handle, a link to your tweet, and inviting two Hivers. Check out the example below. 👇🏽

Eligible entries would be considered for curation with the @lazy-panda curation trail on the promoted Hive posts, based on evaluation. And, also, we will announce three prominent members as "Best Influencers of the Week" after scrutiny, and 1 HIVE will be awarded to each of them.
Get in and get buzzing! This is yet another way to promote Hive to web2 normies—people that don't know about web3—and to get Hive out of its bushel. You can do that by simply going about your daily Hive businesses in the Hive Learners community and ensuring that you share about them on X. Simply follow the guidelines and rules, and you're very much an influencer that way. Let's go!
