In our busy lives, we all did get frustrated with the work that is why there is a concept a holiday is 😅 that is so necessary I did feel that a lot nowadays the importance of that. we did feel the importance of things that did get away from us now a day I did feel the same due to an important project I have to work on the weekends with my most of my colleagues. Mostly all the employees at the office are not happy with that project we all have to sacrifice our one holiday and that is not good at all. there is no benefit at all of that, we all are hoping for an increase it is the month of the appraisal but we should keep this in mind. 😅expectation leads to disappointment
The best way to get rid of this type of situation is to take a break for a day or two maybe you can quit the job 😅 but only if you have an option don't make a decision when you are angry or frustrated. The outcomes are not welcomed all the time so be careful of that.
taking a break is really helpful if you can't concentrate on the work then take a little break for a while then sure you will do feel great and fresh and this technique did work most of the time. call someone that did help a lot I do that a lot. you should try that too if you are in that situation ever.

Taking a break is very essential, I had to quit my last two jobs because we had to work Monday to Sunday, I just couldn't.
