Nowadays, the status is increasing even more, nowadays social media platforms are available around us, which show each other's lifestyle and show us what is going on in trading, if you are not able to meet those expectations then you definitely become a little mentally stressed, for example, if you are not able to do any work well, you get stressed because of that too, if you are doing something and you do not get success in it, then you get stressed because of that too, so overall it is said that you get stressed by doing anything.

You just have to replace it or find a solution to it. If you can do this, you can get out of your stress very easily. Let me explain with a simple example. You have to get rid of that person or distance yourself from them in some way, or you have to move away from them. If you can do this, then your situation automatically goes away. Many such problems are around us, which we cannot see because they do not exist in physical form. Most of the problems we create ourselves, which are the product of our minds.

Most of the time, if you search for ways to relieve stress online, you will find a lot of ways and many people tell you to exercise or include other such things in your routine, which will help you forget your stress and get distracted from it in a way. While there are many solutions, it would be wrong to say that you can't break free in this way. Look, there are many ways to deal with all these things, and if you just change your mindset, it can make a huge difference. Sometimes we worry about problems that aren't even ours, like worrying about our family, our children, or other people who are dear to us. But look, if anyone has come to this earth, they have brought their own destiny, and whatever is destined for everyone's life has been written, in a way, and they have come here to experience it. So, you don't have to worry about anything. If you clear all this, then things become much easier. And one thing is, you can't control anything. If you think like that, then you are in a paradise, and even if you try to do so, it won't be good for the lives of others.

While there are many ways, I would like to tell you some methods that will prove beneficial for you. Look, take out time for yourself, yes it sounds very strange but you should take out time for yourself and spend time alone with yourself or you have some books lying around but are afraid of social media platforms and are not able to do it for money, then you should do this because yes it is necessary also because if you remain glued to social media platforms then you will not get time to sleep for yourself because you work most of the time in some way and when you get free time then you start consuming social media, so where do you have time for yourself and you will also get very less time to sleep, if you think about yourself and take care of yourself then you will start taking out time for yourself and then you will stay away from other distractions and in this way your mental peace will remain intact.

And if you exercise, it also has a very good impact. If your mood is off, then it also makes you feel more energetic, and you should go for a morning walk and also include some time for meditation or yoga in your daily routine and if possible, then reduce the consumption of alcohol because it also has a very bad impact. Drinking occasionally is a good thing, but do not drink beyond a limit, and in such things, be afraid of such people who harm your mental peace, and first of all, you should try to solve whatever is troubling you and draw some conclusion from it. If you can do this, then many things will change around you.

Stress can't be avoid all the time but it fully depends on mindset. I think we makes things complicated for us. We should think if we are capable to find the solution and we should stop worrying for such a thing that we can't change. In that way we can also remain stress-free.

I cannot agree less with you on this one stress comes to us in every areas of life and there is no way we can avoid it

I think I've mentioned this before, but stress is an inseparable part of our lives. The key is knowing how to manage it, how to cope with it effectively in order to achieve a better quality of life.
