Whatever we do we all have to follow a procedure for that either you start your laptop or you make a tea. we all do have to follow the process and if you will not follow the procedure then you will complete it for sure. If you have to climb a stair then you have to climb on the first step of the stairs this is how you will reach the end of the stairs you can not skip the steps it is possible if you are superhuman or a superhero 😅
we all are used to the prouder in our daily life to it is everywhere if you have deposit cash then you do have to fill the form and then stand in a line and wait for your turn. when your turn comes then you can get your cash. But there are many options to cash out like atm and you don't even have to cash out you can transfer the cash online in minutes. you just have to fill few details and we all are aware of the basic steps to do.
Its been many years I have never been to my bank I just have to visit atm and most of the time I do use online apps to transfer the cash and receive cash 😇. it doesn't matter whatever app you use still has followed the procedure to get it done.

we are all used to the shortcuts everywhere and that is a good thing if you can do the same thing easily and fast then that is a good thing but if others are not aware of that then it doesn't mean they are wrong. The ways are the same but the destination is the same, if you have to travel an x place then you can take a plane or a train both will arrive you at the same destination but the procedure is different that did make a lot of difference on would be cheap and on the other hand other will be costly.
Recently there are many new employees who did get selected for my company most of them are freshers so they have no idea how things work here that is how freshers are most of the time some are sure exceptions. So my boss was not a visit at the office I am not at a big office but we are now a team of 30 employees. so it is not small too I guess. From the next month, we all will be busy by then I am already preoccupied with a project and I am busy with the project till August of this month 😅 so a lot of work for me I all made a lot of posts about that already.
so the thing is my boss wants to train all the fresher for next month's projects is that even possible. I don't think it is possible though. It will surely take at least 3 to 4 months to perfect on the work this is the least I am saying it can be more or less depending upon the person to person grasping power. so the point is my boss is risking the work In my opinion and from the next month there will be more pressure on the old employees I am kind of worried about all the things but I am sure he does a plan for that so Let's hope for the best 🤞
I hope my boss will learn a lesson from the incident and he will surely follow the procedure first. Train them than increase work but he is doing the opposite of it. 😉
