Cooking preparation
I cut the chicken into large pieces.
I took the rest of the materials and arranged the whole materials separately.
Cooking method
First step
I gave all the lemon juice, 1 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon chilli powder in the chicken. I marinated them with chicken by hand. After marinating, I kept it in the fridge at normal temperature for 20 minutes.
2nd step
I put the frying pan in the oven. I gave 1 tablespoon of oil. When the oil is hot, I fry it with half of the chopped onion. When it turned brown, I picked up the onions. I smeared it with 1 teaspoon of sugar and left it.
Step # 3
I gave the rest of the oil to the fan. When the oil got hot, I started frying the chicken on medium heat. When it turned brown, I picked up the chicken pieces.
4th step
I put the chopped onion in that oil. After frying the onion for a while, I added bay leaves and cinnamon in it. After frying for a while, I added ginger paste and garlic paste. Then I added onion paste, mustard paste, cumin paste, chilli paste, poppy paste. I kept moving to give these.
When it turned brown, I reduced the heat and put almond paste in it. I shook all of them together and fried them. In the meantime, I gave the remaining turmeric powder and chilli powder, with the amount of salt. When it was fried, I shook it well with 3 cups of water and covered it.
I reduced the broth and gave it with milk. Then I stirred it with half sliced raw chillies and cooked on medium heat for another 5 minutes.
Step # 5
I gave the fried chicken one by one, covered it with a light shake and cooked for 10-15 minutes. Now stir in the sugar. I kept it down for 5 minutes.
Finally, I sprinkled fried onion on top and served it as a tasty Chicken malaikari.
