When we hear the word Corruption, we talk about the dishonesty of someone or group of people. It also a form of criminal activity by an individual or a group of people. The act of corruption affects the rights and privileges of other individuals. Corruption mostly take place with those in higher rank, position power, which includes bribery or embezzlement of money. Corruption shows the signs of greediness and and selfiness.
Corruption comes in different ways. Collecting of bribe is the main hit for corruption, this involves the misuse of gifts and favours mainly for your personal gain. Money, employment, and sharing of things in the company.
Embezzlement are mainly done by politicians and those in higher power. This is where they secretly hide some assets for the purpose of theft. Embezzlement is financial stealing by an individual or group of people entrusted with huge assets or money.
Another method of corruption involves to an individual favouring his or her families and friends to employ them to jobs. This is why many individuals out there with good skills and potentials are unemployed.
Preventing corruption involving earning a better payment from government and those in higher positions. This will motivate workers to stop engaging in bribery.
Government should also increase workers in some companies and offices.
There should be an implementation of strict laws. Any individual or group of people involved in corruption should be strictly punished.
Corruption is like an evil poison, it sprayed around poisoning the minds of many people in the society.
