You know most customers feel without them one's business would not stand, therefore they can tell you anything they want. They forgot that if the goods were not made available, they would not also be in the shop. Customer really are after satisfaction, as a seller one has to provide quality products, that is one thing that attracts customers followed by relationship and good manners. Most customers don't often complain in cases where their demands are being met.

Human beings are hard to deal with, some customers are just so crazy. That woman should have at least waited for your boss to return and see what he is going to do about the battery , how does insulting you and your him solve the matter? Hehe, you know I won't blame her sha customers easily feel cheated when they spend a lot to purchase a thing only to discover that it doesn't met their expectations, I can relate with that too. She was right to come and complain but those insults were very, very wrong.
