The reason for a delegation @treasuree is so that you have enough Resource Credits since when you have little to nothing, you cannot go far as you will run out of RC;
the idea is to build your account up first before withdrawing but if you insist on not building your account first we will remove the delegation, just so you are aware of this.

We just want to see everyone succeed, and building your account is top priority for a little while so you can do things with your account later.
