Hacks To Cope With Stress

Stress comes in different stages of life… reading is stressful to do but we do it irrespective just to make sure we pass our exams.

There is no need to shy away from stress because it will always come but the way is handled is what makes the difference. How is the plan, strategy used and how it's being executed.

How we cope with stress it's important so we won't break down due to so much work load.

For me, if it's too much for you to handle and you can outsource it then why not, that doesn't mean you're lazy but helps you to focus on many other things.

Some of the strategies I have hacked to cope with stress.

Mindset Shift
The more you say something is hard, the more you believe it is and the more you see yourself not handling that task. But when you see yourself affirming it's just a piece of cake then you literally find yourself working towards that. Our mindset has a lot to shape who we are, our personalities and what we do. I believe in an optimistic mind and which is why taking time to meditate helps a lot to shape us and also affirming those words in front of the mirror helps a lot and having a vision board that clearly states your goals helps you feel motivated to strive everyday even when you don't feel like it.

Setting Realistic Goals
There is one thing to set goals and another is to achieve them. It is not about wanting this house, this dream house /car. This good life. How do you achieve them?
Yeah, we as human beings, we are wired to want something, to have something and guess what you can actually want that thing as long as you can work for it.
Breaking your goals into smaller achievable tasks each day and as little it seems like is better doing those smaller tasks each day and within weeks or months you will see how far you can go.
I can tell you for free, having a to-do list can help you keep aligned with your goals and coping with stress. Here is the hack, you can have weekly goals and daily goals. At the end of the week you evaluate yourself, to see your progress, how far you have gone and where you need to improve.

Self love / Taking A Break
You don't have to overwork yourself before taking a break. It's very important for us to take care of our health. Like the saying goes “Health is wealth” this might not make sense to you especially when you haven't undergone any medical condition. As long as you're healthy you can achieve so many things so dear take care of your health. Take those breaks when you feel so tired, rest a little and eat well.

Never neglect your health for any reason, make sure you take care of yourself. Go for that vacation if you have the money, go for that outing, unwind a little bit and get back to work. It helps a lot to keep you on track.
