Ramadan is here. Opps i did'nt wish Ramadan to anyone. Happy Ramadan guyz hope so you all are enjoying your fasting days. When i was a kid i used to spend my fast in sleeping but now i try to pray more,more and more. While fasting,it is not possible that you won't crave for a food, When your instagram feed is filled with food reels. Tired of hostel's delicious mess, we decided to make our own iftar. Believe me this decision is worth it. Do you guyz are cooking in this ramadan?
First of alll there was alot of girls waiting for there turn to cook. We ask a girl if there is anyone after you then tell us. She said no. Wuhu a wave of happiness starts dancing. We boiled our potatos.
We were doing multi task at a time. Boiling potatos, making bread flat with roller etc.
We used three eggs and after boiling potatos we mash them. Everything was ready. Aa aa wait you know what we dont have the accessories of kitchen so we used glass to mash potato.
Then we filled the stomach of bread with mashed paste. Then dipped into eggs.
Now its time to dye their hair. I asked which colour you needed they said " this is the era of blond hair so make us blond". I said why not. I put them into a hot oil. This was too much for them. One of them was shouting at me oh maliha this is not fair, we will become extra brown because of this. You have to keep the flame low.
I dye them extra brown. You know how to satisfy your client if you are a professionalist. I said with one or two bath you hair will look more good. Exact like those dye thar you need. When i was frying roles, my appetite was at peak.
Time was short. After 15 minutes azan started. We did iftar with rolls and dry fruits. Ahhh bit bit of hostels mess. After eating we thank Allah and pray to encourage us cook more and more because this is so difficult to cook while fasting. Inshallah i will try to cook for my iftar and try to share them with you.
