You're one of the few guys I know that journals, a lot of people (especially guys... I'm not a feminist 😂) don't even know how therapeutic journaling can be.
Well, the deep stuff I know usually comes from conversations with intelligent people. That one was from a recent convo with a good friend.
I guess the stereotype on guys is what holds many back from assessing their thoughts by journaling. We mostly think it's a lady thing. If only they knew.
