making crispy fried tempeh for my son😋

These few days in this month it often rains, the rain is a blessing given by the Creator of the universe and all of its contents, we are very grateful for the presence of Grace that has come in these few days, the rain brings blessings and rain is very useful for us humans, because those who live in this world need water, both humans, animals, plants, so rain is very good for all of us.

So when it rains like this my family and I feel hungry, my son tells me to make snacks, usually I make cakes for him, but coincidentally the cake ingredients have run out, and the rain always comes so my family can't buy it, yesterday I just buy tempeh, so I'll just make fried tempeh for my son.

I cut 3 tempeh seeds according to my family's taste, I usually make it like this, and I also use my serving flour and melt the flour.

I also heat the oil, and take 1 cup of sliced tempeh, dip it into the flour that I melted earlier, and when the oil is hot, we are ready to put the forging into the pan and wait a while so the tempeh is cooked.

Now the tempeh is ripe and has changed its color, so the tempeh is ready to be removed, and ready to be served to my beloved family, especially for my favorite son, he really likes tempeh snacks like this.

When relaxing at home and don't know what work to do at home, making snacks and relaxing with family at home is a very fun thing, because we can joke together, and my son is very happy because I have made snacks for him he is very excited about it. ate it, I was also happy to see my son liked the snack.
