High school tiny girl
Thinking back to when I was in secondary school is both funny and a big sad because of what I went through especially the part where I was the super shy tiny girl in class. I didn't have a big body so I was tagged the tiniest in my class back then, it gave me some security assurance though but I wished to have a bigger body.
Right now, I don't wish for that anymore. I just want to keep looking good for myself and whoever would see that I am looking good indeed... Lol. That's out of the purpose of this post or maybe not.
A shy tiny girl actually
While I was in school, I almost didn't talk to anyone but we all know how that is impossible considering the fact that you can't get past some questions, mistakes and even head-on-collisions with class mates 😂 you might want to read that again and tell me if you've had any experience like that.
I was a very shy student so obviously, I wasn't the stubborn type. Or maybe I was a little stubborn but very playful and studious too. I had only one friend in class that I was free with whenever I was in the school premise, that was until something happened.
Tagged a talkative for the first time
For the first time since I started the school, I got into the list of noise makers in class. I don't know if you know what I mean, I got into a list our class prefect was asked to report any student that disturbed the class. What was I saying that I got caught? I can't remember but I felt really bad and scared.
Before then, the teacher would either flog the defaulters or send them out of the class to pick dirt outside. I didn't want any of that but I thought within me that I would prefer the picking dirt to taking strokes of cane. I dreaded that object a lot hahaha.
The teacher came in right before I could conclude on taking my punishment, she came in looking tired but the first thing she asked for was the list of noise makers from the class prefect... I thought loudly... I'm doomed!
Then a bigger shocker came in, I was the first on the list. Me, Merit, the most quiet girl in class ranked number one for that day's list of noise makers or was it a set up by my class prefect? Now, I'm thinking it was.
My unexpected fun punishment
But guess what! The unexpected happened, I wasn't punished in the usual way others were punished. I was given the teacher's note to copy on the board so others can copy into their note books. She saw it as a punishment for me but I was so happy that was it.
You needed to see me writing so elegantly and fast on the chalkboard just to make sure my teacher didn't change her mind 😂 and I enjoyed doing it. I was so fast that I got strict with how I managed the chalkboard, causing my fellow students to copy from their mates who were fast like me.
Teachers got my back
And that was the beginning of another new book chapter in my life at high school, I became teachers' favourite. Every teacher except the physics and maths teachers, wanted me to help them get their notes across to my fellow students.
I wasn't made a class prefect but I did a lot of work that seemed like I was one, all thanks to the fun punishment I got. I began to be less shy, more troublesome but never got into trouble again.
Teachers got my back so there was no qualms back in school for me... Lol

Writing very fast on a chalkboard doesn't go well for slow writers at all, that's the worst punishment because the slow writers are always pained in such cases😂😂

They got it real hard from me and they all still preferred I take on the note copying than any other person in the class because I had a very fine and clear handwriting 😌

The errand I loved to help teachers with back then in school was your fun punishment. 😂. I always volunteered to help write the notes on the board.

Ahh... I seriously don't know how you enjoyed it. We had a few girls just like that in our class. We used to call them sufferheads, because they would write it all out on the board and still copy it into their notes as well.😂
Too much work.
But we never understood, maybe just like you they actually enjoyed it.

I was always updated on what the teachers would teach next, and I had in control whatever the students get to have in their notes... It was so much fun 😅
I remembered those noise makers list in class. Would you believe I wasn't part ever since I was in school? I don't find my name in the list as I used to comport myself. I guess it was a fun but hectic punishment because you still would copy the notes in your book too after writing on the chalkboard 😂😂
Yeah, it was not easy but I find it more fun than stressful 😅
Omo I like doing this for teachers, then when u are done the teacher will allow you take their note home...opportunity to copy ahead. High school was the best time of my childhood shaa😂

I had issues with the class prefect writing notes for us, I usually don't use to copy it because of my stubborn nature and got punished for it.
Imagine your punishment earning your teacher's love, that's cool to me. I usually get on the list in junior school but my senior school was quite different.
