Hello friends, I am so glad and happy to be back and active again, my name is Nelson Ndukwe and this is my re-introduction post to the hive community. I have been away for quite a long time, but I am glad to be back after trying so hard for the past few months to retrieve my account but to no avail.
@whitestallion used to be my old account, but after losing my keys 6 months ago, various attempts to recover my account have been unfruitful hence this new account.
I would love to re-introduce myself to the hive community.
My name is Nelson Ndukwe, a student of Micheal Okpara university of agriculture Umudike, I am currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering at this prestigious university. I am currently in my second year at the univeristy.
I am a frontEnd Developer(react.JS), I build beautiful and scalable apps using HTML, CSS, and javaScrpit(React Framework). I love building fabulous websites and pay very close attention to my continuous skill development as a freelancer in order to remain relevant.
In addition to frontEnd development, I am also very thrilled by the concept of web 3 and blockchain tech and would love to become a web3 developer in the coming years. I am a huge believer in the potential and the revolutionary changes that blockchain technology and web3 technology can usher in the future and as such am willing to develop my skills in order to contribute to the growth of this ecosystem.
19 Months ago I started a special campaign designed to improve the level of literacy about blockchain technology and web3 projects like Hive and steemit to univeristy students around the world. The idea was to create a universal community specifically for colleges and universities.
Campus Connect was created many months ago to ensure that this dream is realized. As a community, we helped a lot of new users(college Students) to learn more about cryptocurrencies, blockchain protocols, and NFT projects.
We were also able to help improve the lives of many students who were struggling with tuition debts while rendering various acts of kindness for students in our community all over the world.
After making so much progress, our journey on steemit had to come to an end because of the institutional censorship and manipulation of many communities there. We intend to restart our journey here soon, we believe the structural provisions on hive and our combined hardwork and investment will ensure we achieve our aim as a community on hive.
I want to play my part in contributing to the progress and development of the hive community, as a frontend developer, I can contribute to new projects on the platform, helping as many new users and students as I can to migrate to a fully decentralized and censorship-proof community on Hive.
In addition to my program as an undergraduate in an engineering department, I also appreciate and love helping people so much in any capacity that can. During my free time and univeristy breaks, I take the time to give back to the community by volunteering to work as a health assistant in rural villages and in many locations where humanitarian efforts and volunteers are needed.
What I Aim To Achieve Here On Hive
So I will invest my time, energy, and resources in pioneering blockchain education and hive education in colleges all over the world through extensive educational campaigns and outreach in various universities worldwide.
I do not expect this journey to be an easy one, it's surely going to require effort and but I intend to enjoy every single moment I invest in making this dream a reality. I will do so Consistently
