They say that the suitcase is the passenger, I know that the first impression makes an impact, however I have seen cases where people are hired for that first impression and do not measure their capabilities for the position to choose, usually happens with recommended people, Physical appearance matters, but more important and should be measured more severely the level of knowledge and experience we have. It is clear that when opting for a job interview we are not going to go dressed inappropriately.
