I am going to share a very popular and tasty recipe today. I have done my best to make it the possible best. It is served;you are to judge.
Ingredients

| Shing fish | 4pieces |
| Potato | 4piece |
| Chilli | 4pieces |
| Chilli powder | 1/2tea spoon |
| Garlic pest | 1tea spoon |
| Ginger pest | 1tea spoon |
| Coriander leafs | as you like |
| Turmeric powder | 1/2tea spoon |
| Cumin powder | 1/2tea spoon |
| onion | 1/2cup |
| Onion pest | 3table spoon |
| Oil | accordingly |
| Salt | accordingly |
Procedure
First I put a pan in the oven and put oil in it as required. When the oil is hot, I put the chopped potatoes in pan.when the potatoes are brown i took them off and keep in a bowl.
At this stage, I put the chopped onion and green chilli inside the oil. I fried onion and chilli till light brown and put onion pest ginger pest, garlic pest in it.I mixed the spice well with everything.
When the spice is properly roasted, I put the fish inside it. I mixed the fish with the spices, then fried it for some time. When the fish is a little roasted, I fry it with a little water and after frying it for a while, I put the fried potatoes inside it.
Stir in the spices with the potatoes and then cover the fish with water as required for cooking.
Then after boiling for some more time, when the water receded, I turned off the stove with cumin powder and another boil inside it.
Now I pour my curry in a bowl and serve hot with coriander leaves on top.
