Assalamualaikum. Hope everybody is well. May Allah keep everyone healthy in this epidemic. Today I am going to share with you an easy recipe for cooking biryani. Let's know how to cook biryani in an easy way.

Meat1 kg
Polao rice1 kg
Onions5-6
Garlic4-5
Raw pepper7-8
Cumin2 teaspoons
Ginger paste2 tbsp
Salt2 teaspoons
Soybean oilQuantitatively

First, cut the big meats into small pieces. The smaller the meat, the better the biryani tastes. Thoroughly clean the backs of the meat and drain the water from the meat.

After washing the backs of the meat, cut 7-8 chillies and 5-6 onions and wash well. Chop the pepper lengthwise and chop the onion.

Now spread the meat with garlic, raw chilli, cumin paste, ginger paste and salt.

Then leave the onion pieces in the oil and continue to fry until the onion pieces are reddish.

When the onion pieces turn red, leave the spicy meat on the onion and keep stirring well with a spoon.

Stir with a spoon for a while. Fry the meat for about 20 minutes, you can add a little water. After 20 minutes, when the meat is cooked, remove the pan from the oven.

Now heat water for polao's rice. In a separate bowl, fry polao rice in adequate amount of oil.

When the polao rice is cooked, pour hot water in it. Wait until the water dries.




9th step

When the water is a little dry, leave the fried meat polao on the rice and stir well with a spoon. Cook over medium heat. After about 15-20 minutes the water will dry out and the biryani will be ready to eat.
