Somehow Getting Some Life By Making and Following My Schedule

With the last topic, we explored about each of our country's age of adulthood and our opinions about it but regardless, once a person becomes a fully pledge adult, we begin to see how difficult life is compared to the life that we have when we were young, mostly relying on our parents. Now that we become an adult, we cannot just casually ask our parents for our needs so if we want something, we need to earn for it and so begin to work. However, although working allows us to pay for our bills and brings food to the table, people tends to neglect not only their self but also their personal relationships which may come to the point that we got burnout from work, risking both our help and relationships. That is why we need to somehow find the balance within our life and work.

In order to balance our work and personal life, managing our time and energy is necessary to see how much time you can allocate from other things so to manage it more efficiently, keeping a schedule is a must have for me which gives me a rough Idea of the free time that I have and based on that, I can divide it to do other things.

This allows me to enjoy my hobbies such as playing games or watching anime and reading manga to entertain myself as a reward for a long day of work as I said that I was a big Otaku. Speaking of hobbies, you can also include my writing on Hive because although there is monetary value for making the blog, it was not mandatory and I have the control of whether I want to write or not.

I also am managing to go to gym for exercise in order to take care of my health and on occasions that I can't, I can do it at home since I bought some weights specially right now that I participated on a weight loss contest organized by my friend that begins on April 20 and will end on July 15 to market his newly opened Gym business which I also briefly mentions on HL discord recently. But regardless of the prize, I believe that taking care of once body is a necessary investment for my work- life balance.

When it comes to my personal relationships, since I still live on my parents house so we still maintain a good communication with each other although currently, I can't join them to eat during dinner which is scheduled from 8:00 P.M - 8:30 P.M but I was still working out during that time, making me unable to join. Thankfully, they are understanding enough when I told them my reasons which is why in any kind of relationship, communication is important. As for my friends, they are completely off limits for the mean time for the duration of the contest which might affect my social relationships but I can probably just bribe them with some alcohol when my workout routine comes back to normal so I'm not really worried of that.

The good thing about having a schedule is that you can change it accordingly, depending on what are your priorities and that was the case for my current schedule which if you have read some of my previous post, you can see that some of my activity have changed with my workout to be the biggest change but by making a schedule and sticking into it, I was able to have some sort of balance between my work and life.

Thank you for reading my post and see you on the next one!

as you try to approach to balancing everything like your work, hobbies, and personal relationships through scheduling is really inspiring. Also feel great to know that you prioritize self-care and health alongside all these. Though I would like to know that how do you ensure flexibility while maintaining that balance?
