There are occasion when an individual gets confused to differentiate between joy and happiness. Many experts distinguish these two as different concepts, while some, consider them to be synonyms or overlapping terms. It is noteworthy to mention that #Joy is considered a deeper, more settled state of being, while #happiness is an emotional reaction to pleasure. Joy arises from connection, meaning, and purpose. Happiness is triggered by accomplishments or possessions. I find myself joyful ever since left my job and decided to live far away from big city tussle.

It is quite unusual to say that, Joy remains even during difficult times (can coexist with sadness/fear), on the contrary, Happiness usually fades during, or is dependent on, good times. I remember, when I was at my work, life was revolving in a monotonous cycle. I was missing the journey, as mostly my life revolved around home-work-home. Some little accomplishment at office does gives a temporary happiness but i was missing the trigger that gives me actual joy. If I can say in better words than, Joy is long lasting and stable, while happiness is temporary and passes, often like "rising bubbles". My life at the city was more or less of temporary bubbles.
I think the busy work life followed by stress and work pressure never allowed me to be free. I was missing the freedom of myself. I restricted to office hours and Bosses orders. But the hard situation at home made me to make a tough decision, which ultimately introduces me to the real. The joy of being me and living as I like to be. Not to mention there are challenges and fights, but I am not bounded by any other person. I can eat, travel, work of my own. Though I maintain my life discipline but getting away with the restriction enables me to be in full flow.
Being yourself is true joy because it brings internal freedom, peace, and authenticity, freeing you from the exhausting, impossible task of pleasing others. Trying to be someone else is draining and unsustainable. Embracing your true self removes the fear of judgment and the pressure of wearing a mask, leading to a lighter, easier life. True joy comes from within when we are comfortable in our own skin and accept yourself fully including our own strengths and flaws. This contentment is not dependent on external approval.
When we are real, we attract people who genuinely appreciate us, allowing for deeper, more meaningful relationships. This brings true joy to me, although there are challenges, but being myself is good to be happy on every occasion. I hope to co tinge this for as long as possible. Afterall it am the boss of mine
In good faith - Peace!!
