En un recorrido por el conjunto Residencial Los Portales II de la Urbanización Nueva Casarapa de Guarenas, mi hijo y mi esposa se encontraron con esta hermosa amiga roja, se trata de una flor de Cayena: arbusto de la familia Malváceas Cayena, originario de Asia oriental y difundido a muchas regiones tropicales del mundo. Recibe nombres como papo, sangre de Cristo o rosa china, pero científicamente se denomina Hibiscus rosa-sinensis.
On a tour of the Residential Complex Los Portales II of the Urbanization Nueva Casarapa de Guarenas, my son and my wife met this beautiful red friend, it is a cayenne flower: shrub of the Malvaceae cayenne family, native to East Asia and spread to many tropical regions of the world. It is named after papo, Christ's blood or Chinese rose, but is scientifically called Hibiscus rosa-sinensis.
En la urbanización abunda este arbusto, el cual es muy resistente a las inclemencias del tiempo. En las mañanas sus pétalos aterciopelados se abren a la vida alegrando al caminante que disfruta a su paso la variedad que le ofrece la planta en su delicada y bella gama de colores: rojas, blancas, rosadas, amarillas, escarlatas, anaranjadas, matizadas, azules y de distintos tamaños.
In urbanization this shrub abounds, which is very resistant to inclement weather. In the mornings its velvety petals open to life by brightening the walker who enjoys in his wake the variety offered by the plant in its delicate and beautiful range of colors: red, white, pink, yellow, scarlet, orange, nuanced, blue and of different sizes.
